They fixed my broiler and showed me what to do if it happens again. Instead of pressuring to buy a part, they explained how to work with what I had (giving me the option). They also fixed the springs on my oven door, and gave me some tips on using my range. You have to make an appointment and be a bit flexible, since they are based in Stockton.
