I called to inform him of the issue and asked if I'd be able to ride to the mechanic. He agreed! Chris was so nice on the phone. My drop off for my car was between 4 & 6. I called Chris on a Friday to schedule my tow the next day and gave him the time frame of my drop off. He said they had some tows scheduled early in the afternoon & would call before on their way for mine. I ended up calling around 4 to check if they only accept cash for tows & Chris explained he would be there in about 15-20 minutes & that they have no way to run credit cards from the truck, so only cash would be accepted. When they came to pick up my car, it was all downhill lol. My car hadn't moved in 2-3 months. The brakes had locked and it couldn't get pushed onto the truck. We also tried jumper cables to jump it but that didn't work because the gas was a little low & again it hasn't been started for awhile. Chris & his buddy hooked up the car with a chain and steered it on to the truck. $60 (6miles total) my car was on it's way to the shop. Since my car was just a drop off at mechanic , I didn't have to be there / ride with them but it was nice to know the option was there. Thanks again guys!!!!

Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a used vehicle from a private owner. The seller had me meet him at…read morethis shop, where he had the car get an advanced inspection, emissions and we completed all the other paperwork. The seller told me he couldn't meet me there to finalize the deal until right before they closed. When we got there, he met us outside and stated their sticker machine was broken so they were unable to put the inspection/emission stickers on the vehicle, but that it had been completed, there were no issues, and I could come back the next day to get the stickers put on. I understand that this was the point in which I should have said no, somethings fishy. However, I really needed a car for my family, and it was my first vehicle ever. When we returned the next day, they said the machine was still broken. When we called the day after that, they sounded confused when we said that the sticker machine was broken the other day and asked if it was working yet. They said yeah, come over. When we got there, they saw our car and said that the machine was still broken. After exactly 10 days of phone calls, sometimes very rude on their end, we were able to get the stickers on the car (that now had the check engine light on.) Less than a month later, we had MANY issues with the car. I have spent thousands more dollars in a very short amount of time on this vehicle that I was assured by both the seller and Jim that there was nothing wrong with it. Shame on me for being naive and not thorough, but also shame on them for being shady jerks.

In October, 2022, we purchased 4 Michelin tires from Fleming's in Mars, PA. Within 4 months, one…read moreof them started to leak air. We put air in it ourselves a few times, but soon another one started to leak so we took the car back to Fleming's. We were told that the bead was leaking because chrome was flaking; they said this is very common with chrome rims. Also, a valve stem was leaking. They should have addressed the chrome issue when we bought the tires as well as replacing 4 valves. In addition, they never mentioned that the TPMS modules (tire pressure management system) needed to be replaced. We took the car to another tire store, and they did what Fleming's should have done in 2022. However, it cost us $487.52! Side note: even though we have always made appointments at Fleming's, they keep the car all day. The new store did the work in an hour!
