Courteous, knowledged, and prices not so bad, not that I price eyeglasses often. I brought my own new Silhouette frames as shops charge so much. This was October 9, 2020. Nothing special. Rimless, lens with all the options available. Lens style to be perfect rounds. Out they go to the lab. When they come in, not close to perfect rounds. Remake. Now we are hitting holiday season. Then I was informed that the lens I chose (Trivex) was on back order, and not due in until about Christmas, delay for holidays. Jan 4, 2021, they come in. Asked her to check before I drive almost an hour to verify they are perfect rounds. "Yes they are, I checked". Exact same lens shape as first set. I actually question if they were remade honestly. So, I do not question the eye doctor, but I highly question the eye lab which makes the glasses. Three months wasted, no apology, and did not want to give me a copy of my medical sheet! I…read morewanted to order glasses elsewhere (Pair Eyewear ) and they gave me my prescription to do so. no fuss, no bother. They were extremely helpful and offered to adjust my frames for me once they arrived. I had a problem with the new lenses when they arrived and the woman at Eyetique performed measurements and discovered the progressive lenses the other company made were made incorrectly. She took new measurements for me and I sent them to the other company and my new glasses came back and worked perfectly. Eyetique even adjusted those glasses to fit my face properly. He had the audacity to tell me that his time is more valuable because he gives it to the patient, after being 45 min late for me, while I was walking out the door. Patients can hear everything that the office staff says, including personal identifying information. They never actually call your insurance to confirm what your rate is. This place is a scam when it comes to how much they charge for a visit. They pick an arbitrary number without checking with the insurance provider. They make you pay there on-site the day of your test or no test. I've never had an MRI where there wasn't a headset or some distraction (movie playing or music playing), literally there was nothing. Just towels against your ears and that's it.
