The employees did not work as a team, like it was my job to get them to do theirs. Only when I requested that the manager get involved did I finally get lenses that were usable. They also downgraded the lens quality and did not refund the difference. I was without my glasses for about 6 weeks. I'll never go to an expensive place like this again. Absolutely not worth it.

He had the audacity to tell me that his time is more valuable because he gives it to the patient, after being 45 min late for me, while I was walking out the door. The secretary at the front desk was very polite when I called, and I managed to get an appointment on the same day in the late afternoon. The appointment itself was thorough and the doctor spent extra time giving me advice on my concerns with computer use and eye fatigue. It does not take a technician to stick a lens back in a frame. Anyone who has worked in an eyeglass shop for more than 10 minutes should be able to put a lens back in an eyeglass frame.
