The employees did not work as a team, like it was my job to get them to do theirs. Only when I requested that the manager get involved did I finally get lenses that were usable. They also downgraded the lens quality and did not refund the difference. I was without my glasses for about 6 weeks. I'll never go to an expensive place like this again. Absolutely not worth it.

He had the audacity to tell me that his time is more valuable because he gives it to the patient, after being 45 min late for me, while I was walking out the door. The office itself is also very clean and organized (especially in the display section with frames), and I see them cleaning well after each phase of my appointment. The secretary at the front desk was very polite when I called, and I managed to get an appointment on the same day in the late afternoon. Today I visited the store because a lens popped out. There were no customers in the store. I was told that there was no technician on duty and that I'd have to come back tomorrow. It does not take a technician to stick a lens back in a frame. Anyone who has worked in an eyeglass shop for more than 10 minutes should be able to put a lens back in an eyeglass frame.
