We have both had 2+ appointments with him and are more than pleased with our decision. He is thoroughly professional and knowledgable, the appointments are on time and never rushed, and his office staff is first rate as well. His appointment costs are very reasonable, as are prices for both contact lenses and eyeglasses. The office itself is also very clean and organized (especially in the display section with frames), and I see them cleaning well after each phase of my appointment. A special thanks to the staffer who spent a long time helping me to choose a pair of frames, her knowledge and suggestions were very appreciated from the fairly indecisive patient!

Rimless, lens with all the options available. Lens style to be perfect rounds. Out they go to the lab. When they come in, not close to perfect rounds. Remake. Now we are hitting holiday season. Then I was informed that the lens I chose (Trivex) was on back order, and not due in until about Christmas, delay for holidays. Jan 4, 2021, they come in. Asked her to check before I drive almost an hour to verify they are perfect rounds. "Yes they are, I checked". Exact same lens shape as first set. I actually question if they were remade honestly. So, I do not question the eye doctor, but I highly question the eye lab which makes the glasses. Three months wasted, no apology, and did not want to give me a copy of my medical sheet! I came into the store six months ago because of a big sale they were advertising, in order to get a…read morespare pair of glasses. I received prompt, courteous service and a great price for attractive glasses. I put them in my drawer unused, until my regular glasses broke about a month later. I began wearing them and was quite happy with their appearance until a few weeks ago, when I began noticing that I wasn't able to get them completely clean. They began to have an increasingly apparent crackly appearance. I brought them in to see why, and the gentleman there said I probably wasn't cleaning them correctly and said I should use lens cleaning cloths. So, I bought those. But the problem continued and became more prominent. I went back into the store, convinced there was something else wrong with the lenses. I was then told that it was the anti-glare coating they used, which can break down when coming into contact with some household items like hairspray and soap. While I don't typically use hairspray, I had indeed used dish soap to wash my glasses on occasion. No one told me I shouldn't, and I've cleaned my glasses that way for years. When I complained that my glasses should last more than six months, I was told that that that particular sale included the lowest-end anti-glare product (as if I would know that!), and it just didn't always hold up. I was told that there was nothing they could do and they were sorry. Unfortunately, mere words do not fix the failure of their product to perform as advertised and expected. What I find really unacceptable is that if this was indeed a problem with this particular anti-glare product they either shouldn't offer it, or at the very least they should have told me of the risks and tried to upsell me on that lens, but no one said anything or offered any information on a potential problem at the time of sale. I do not recommend Eyetique. UPDATE 3/2018: When the new glasses I purchased online arrived and needed to be adjusted, I brought them into Eyetique (along with my old, unusable pair) and explained why I wanted them to adjust them at no charge. I spoke with the manager who immediately offered to not only adjust my new frames, but to replace the old frames with new ones. He said that my problem was not properly handled and apologized. I didn't see the person who took care of me initially and the manager said that probably someone from another store was filling in at that time. I upped my review stars accordingly.
