My only criticisms would be that the 'roasted corn' was decidedly not - just your regular ole corn, and the kale needs to be treated to a spa day or at least a massage. It was like chewing lawn trimmings. However, those are two minor issues that won't prevent me from getting another salad in the future (minus the lawn trimmings, perhaps), as there are several other combos & dressings waiting to be tasted.
