So perhaps some of the issues the other people experienced have been corrected. Also, perhaps working through the insurance company takes some of the headache out of the paperwork issue. My experience was extremely positive and I would use their service again (but fingers crossed I won't have another flood!)

Thomas was easy to get in contact with and responded the same day to my questions. Our pack-out occurred over 3 days, we had a team of 5-7 people on site supporting us each day. We worked with two site leads Wendy & Vicky who are experts in packing protocol and cataloging our personal items. Vicky and Wendy kept everyone coordinated so the work proceeded quickly with everyone knowing their roles. I adored our moving team; the crew was personable and careful with my items. The team answered my packing questions and accommodated me when I wanted to pull something out of the pack pile. Everyone was respectful of my property and my pets who were still onsite. Nothing was damaged during our move. The team also worked hard even in the 85-plus-degree weather. At the time of this review, construction is still ongoing, so we have not moved back yet. So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. And it was amazing to see the difference between what an honest company like Restorion sends the insurance company vs a dishonest company, which is what I had to deal with a few years prior. Also very helpful to have the water mitigation people also be the restorer, otherwise so many derails can be lost between the two companies. The restorer won't know what the basement looked like beforehand and that can lead to gaps. Also for dishonest companies I think they use the two separate companies to juice their returns and to do less restoring work.

All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. The Rot Doctor did an excellent job from start to finish. They carefully removed the rotten siding, boards, and supports while temporarily supporting the wall, then installed a new pressure-treated sill, water-resistant siding, flashing, and belly band, with everything properly caulked and sealed. The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built. They also went above and beyond by replacing and reinforcing some warped supports that weren't originally part of the scope. They were experienced and clearly knew how to approach the job, and they were great to work with throughout. Communication and customer service were excellent--we were able to discuss the work as it progressed and adjust the scope when needed. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just three days. The pricing was also competitive.
