People bring pets into the store all day long, and staff does nothing to enforce their own signage. I have a documented allergy to dogs and rely on posted policies to safely enter public spaces. On dozens of occasions, I have had to leave the store because pets were present. This is not an isolated incident, and staff is fully aware that non service animals are regularly allowed inside. When I called the store to raise the issue, no corrective action was taken. I was given excuses rather than solutions, and the behavior continues unchanged. Posting a policy while refusing to enforce it puts customers with allergies and disabilities at risk. If CVS chooses not to enforce its own rules, the signage should be removed so customers can make informed decisions before entering.

It was fairly busy in the store which is not a surprise since it is located in a very busy area. The store seemed very well kept up and maintained. The price checker and coupon machines were up and running properly and the machines are a very nice convenience to have. The store clerks all seemed busy stocking shelves, assisting customers, cleaning and so forth. There was a decent sized line at the cash registers but the cashier did a good job cashing everyone out at a quick pace. Well it turns out that Fenway Pharmacy is a non-profit organization, funded with grants, government money, and private donors. So not only is medicine affordable again, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
