Gary diagnosed the issue quickly, cut a new sturdy metal key to force the lock open (as a temporary workaround), thereby protecting my only key from potential damage, and he coordinated with their shop to order a replacement lock, the permanent fix for a known issue with my make & model, which I can have installed at their shop in a few days. Gary also jumped/charged my vehicle's battery for 10 minutes so it had enough power for him to program two new fob keys, at a very reasonable price, and he counseled me regarding how long it would take to fully charge my battery, both via highway driving and by A/C charger. Gary was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and he answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, with bonus techno background music playing from his van throughout! Gary transformed a bad morning into temporary fix PLUS positive steps toward a permanent solution which will protect me from future lockouts! This is not some back ally warehouse type of shop. Laketown is a nice facility, with a nice showroom and a big well kept beautiful service bays. You can tell they take pride in their work and offer quality service and top brands they sell. That's usually comes at a price. When I walked in the cost of my repair was about $500 and almost $2500 if they needed to replace it. Most audio places would've have probably worked me for as much money as they could've gotten out of me. Not Laketown. Adam who is one of their talented technicians, diagnosed the head unit issue and simply updated the firmware. Total $80 out the door with diagnostics and software update all within about 30 min. That's honesty. Honest people that really know their stuff. I will be back!

Got this installed last year. Sloppy, careless employee…read morewhoever he was, I have a stealth woofer with an amplifier kit that I took to get installed. My stealth woofer comes custom with the measurements for the amplifier to be centered perfectly in the middle so that's where I requested it to be put but instead he put it under the seat so I came back for it to get fixed, he then had the audacity to insist that he has always installed them under seats when I'm the customer not every build is the same bud this one's designed for it. After my request the amplifier intentionally got installed crooked to the edge of my stealth woofer it not being centered properly so that's one issue. I don't even wanna bother showing it this company ain't it with that type of employment. That's not even the best part the wiring was a shit show first of all, perhaps zip ties or something. My insulated floor mat got installed sloppy improperly when they finished so I had to correct everything and tucked in what they left sticking out. It's not that hard to satisfy a customer wants take notes.
