35. Stir-Fried Bulgogi and Noodles

Food was delicious, the only thing was the seafood pancake was not cooked all the way and I would have preferred my buckwheat noodles a little more cooked. They could do more on the banchan serving as we had a table of 4. The price is pricer than other Korean restaurants I've ate at. Atmosphere was good they had good Korean music playing. Service was very so so, they were slow on getting our order and checking in on us. I'd give it more stars if it was better priced and better service.

Food was top of the list Authentic and Deliscious! Server was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. The place was homey and comfortable. The arouma when you walk in just makes you want to order everything on the menu! We would come back for more! Best weekend lunch date ever! ‼

Made a rare trip to T-town today and decided to give Korea Garden a shot for lunch. I had bulgogi on the brain, but wanted someplace new, so this was it. As it turns out, the bulgogi yen got kicked to the curb by all the pictures of the stir fried pork belly and squid in other reviews, so I decided that was the fare for the day. Seating was prompt and the young man was prompt with a drink and a menu. While not huge, there are enough options to please just about anyone, in a variety of price ranges to boot. For today, I restrained myself with a starter of fried pork dumplings and the aforementioned stir fried pork belly and squid. The dumplings are arguably an appetizer, since there were nearly a dozen of them in the order. I could have almost made a meal of just those alone, and been quite happy. In short order, the entree and all the trimmings arrived. I won't begin to guess what the banchan sides consist of, but they're all good. The entree itself was very well done. A couple of the pieces of squid were a little chewy, but overall, properly cooked. The pork belly slices were tender and well seasoned and the overall dish nicely balanced with just a taste of heat. I regret that I did leave a couple of the dumplings behind.... I just couldn't find room. Very enjoyable experience with good food and great service. I highly recommend Korea Garden.

02-21-2024, 12:40 PM, My bride and I had lunch at Korean Garden. "Kat" greeted us at the door and seated us where we wanted. She brought our drinks while we looked over the menu. We ordered the #2 Mandu (pork) Fried Dumplings, #35 Stir Fried Bulgogi and Noodles, #47 Spicy Kimchi Pancake, and #20 Spicy Beef Soup with cup of white rice. Kat brought out Banchan (5 different small bowls of spicy/pickled vegetables for two people) with our order. The dumplings were great, entrees were good, the soup was hotº all the way to the bottom and the spicy cucumbers (Banchan) were crunchy and tasty! My only problem was a young couple at the table behind me talking to a man on a cell phone with their speaker turned up loudly.

the restaurant is cleanly and well lit. the area is spaced well despite being a smaller establishment. service could use *some* work. we had to ask for refills and they didn't remember our initial request for extra kimchi, to which i had to ask for to both servers. they appeared to be hesitant to fulfill that request, so not sure what that was about. the food is definitely amazing, however, and is primarily where i rest my score. each bite contains full flavor and servings are generous compared to other places. don't hesitate to stop here if you're looking for amazing korean food.

We recently discovered this little gem in Tulsa and now it will be our go to place when we are craving Korean food! The menu is very extensive and everything we tried that day was delicious! We started with the seafood pancake which was delightful. The banchan (side dishes) selection is pretty good as well. My wife got the bibimbap rice dish and really enjoyed it! I couldn't chose and picked both the spicy seafood soft tofu stew and the bulgogi. The spicy seafood stew was amazing, just enough heat and full of flavor. It tastes great as a stand alone or even with a little white rice. The bulgogi was really tasty, this is a pretty popular choice at Korean restaurants and this place has definitely a good handle on this classic dish. We will definitely be back and try more dishes soon!

Located in a plaza that has a small Korean grocery store. There's a lot of parking. Ordered: Yangneom Chicken: crispy thinly coated saucy chicken. It was so good!! The taste of this one was definitely different from Seoul Bistro. It had a deep hot pepper paste sort of profile. Served with a slaw with Mayo sort of sauce. 5/5 Stirfried Squid/pork belly: Pork belly slices, squid slices, cabbage, carrots, onions in a nice and mild sauce. It says spicy, but I felt like it was more of a mild spice. So good! There was a lot of meat and I love that! 4/5. Rib stew: Seasoned so well! The broth was hearty, hot, and yum! Rib meat was big, plentiful, and so tender. Your elderly parents would enjoy this if they are into clear broth soups. My husband loved it! They gave us Banchan sides and steamed rice too! I really enjoy the environment and appreciate the setting. It's not so tight and you're not sitting literally back to back with others. Servers were really good! The young Asian guy was very good and filled our water when needed. Will definitely return!

I went in for dinner and was seated at a table, received some iced tea, and was promptly ignored for 5-7 minutes. I ended up walking out.

I love that they have these incredible egg sandwiches as well as real deal Korean corn dogs. If you've never experienced a Korean corn dog it's very different than an American corn dog because you can get sweet potato or regular potato on the outside or you can just get the really crispy outside batter. then they have all these sauces or cinnamon sugar that you can sprinkle on your corn dog and it just makes it that much better. It's super affordable and a really great spot especially if you wanna try something different and yummy. Everything is made to order and doesn't take too long.

I went with the classic, it gave me the idea of this spot & to try just about every option on the menu. The Classic was coated & fried to perfection. Light & crispy, made for dipping (you can get up to 3 cups for sauces). As I was waiting for the order to be ready, there were numerous condiments to choose from like chili, sriracha, garlic... I went with the sriracha & the chili. I enjoyed both sauces, I like to try chili sauces by the restaurant & theirs is the way I like it. The wait didn't take long at all, especially with me having a Mochinut to hold me over. I went with cinnamon sugar, which is something I'd usually go for anywhere to let me know how good to other flavors will be. All of the flavors caught my eye & there were plenty to choose from (like mango & blueberry to name a couple). Outside of those selections I made, there's another thing they're known for, they egg toast. The Teriyaki one is the one I might have to try first. The staff was nice. As if all that wasn't enough, they also have slushes.

The restaurant still caters Korean/Chinese food hybrid, predominantly Chinese food though. A few positive features worth mentioning. I really like the inside of this restaurant. It always appears very clean. The food is relatively cheap when comparing to the like of Chengdu. Hot tea is served in a hot tea pot, not in a cup. YES! YES!! YES!!! I feel like the Korean food at Chopsticks lack the "Korean" flavor. If the server did not tell me the Jampong soup is Korean, I would have thought it's Chinese. The beansprouts, cucumbers, Napa cabbage, and seafood scream out Korean but the taste says something otherwise. It really does have a generic taste. The Mapo tofu has soft tofu in some sort of shredded meat sauce. It's a little salty but goes well with white rice. The white rice was a little hard on this particular visit. I guess it's going to be another 6-12 months for me to come back to try Chopsticks again. Sigh...
