The noodles were chewy, cold, firm... all the adjectives that should describe noodles. This is one of those dishes you have to taste for yourself. The wife and I got the baller choice which is $125/ person. This consisted of approximately 3 appetizer items and a decent amount of cuts to put on the grill; all of which are a chef's choice. The fish items we had were really tasty and it was my first time trying A5 Japanese wagu. I was impressed with the quality and the cuts of meat that we were served. Many of the side items were good, but won't be for your average person. A refined palette is what may be necessary to truly enjoy or appreciate each item. All the food we had was good...however, I will say that my bill was $350. Now, I don't mind paying that kind of money if it's going to blow me away, but it didn't.
