Loved this place! The pho was delicious, fresh and super tasty. Friendly staff. The restaurant has two rooms with plenty of seating and was very busy.
This place is really good consistently. The only good affordable Asian food around. The sesame chicken is perfect without tons of breading. The chicken is not grisly but good white meat. Service is pretty good. Drinks fizzy. We enjoy it.
There is plenty of parking in the shared plaza. The interior is fairly big with lots of tables and seating when picking up to go orders. It was definitely busy on a Saturday night. Our server was new or hadn't been a server long as there were a few mix ups in food and drink items. It got resolved just meant not everyone got their food at the same time. I enjoyed the egg rolls. The pho was good but really salty.
We frequent Kim's Pho and this had the same consistency! Everything was fresh and delicious.
Nabbed a combo vermicelli dinner and let me tell you this did not disappoint. The meat was tender and had the best flavor, exactly what I was expecting. The noodles werent bad but I needed a honey water dipping sauce or something to kick them up a notch. The rolls were the next best hit and as always veggies were very fresh. We got this to go and we're quickly greeted and paid and within a minute was ready. Going to have to come back and try something else on the menu wide nabbed a sesame chicken but said it was just ok. So I'll have to try something else.
We tried another pho spot recently, and enjoyed two bowls of hot noodle soup and some delicious spring rolls. I think overall I like Pho Nhi better, but this was still great and we would definitely visit again.
This place is cleaner than I remember it being, though I'll admit it's been a bit since I've come here. It seemed like all of the tables were kept clean, so that's always a good thing. There is plenty of seating here too. Most tables can seat about 4-6 people. There's also a separate room/ area with more tables that could be good for bigger groups. So they have more than pho here, but honestly I've never ordered anything but the chicken pho before, but I've also had the summer rolls as appetizers too. The summer rolls are pretty standard with shrimp, noodles, and some greens. They come with two per order and are served cold (but not too cold). They also come with peanut sauce. Their peanut sauce doesn't have any spiciness to it, at least not to me, so it's kind of a pure nutty flavor. Though I love spicy food, I still enjoyed the sauce! Like almost everywhere, the pho comes with a variety of add-ins. They had cilantro, basil (I think??), bean sprouts, fresh slices of jalapeño, and lime wedges. I'm particularly a fan that they give the jalapeños!!! It's pretty normal but also I don't feel like everywhere gives them either. Same with the limes. Also on the table to add to your pho are some different sauces like sriracha, soy sauce, and some other stuff I can't remember but nothing out of the ordinary. The broth I felt like was sweeter than most places I've been at least recently. At first I wasn't sure how I felt, but my tastebuds adjusted by the first few bites so once I was expecting the slightly sweeter broth it was good. I even held off on adding sriracha until well into my meal, and normally I add this very early on! I think it also helped that some of the herbs/ spices I added made it a little more savory. The broth comes in medium and large sizes. The medium size is plenty... and as a whole the meal is very filling! I never even finish all of that, and usually have leftovers. I almost wish they had it in a small size because I think that would be a great size for me.
I have eaten at Phō Da Cao for a long time. This is my second time coming back since after they were closed due to covid. I have to say that this place is NOT the same. The Broth is no longer good and they don't give you alot of vegetables to eat with the phō like they used to. It seems as though they sold this restaurant to someone else as I don't see the same Asian lady's that used to always greet me . The only thing that's still ok is the spring rolls. But now they put 2 shrimp instead of 3. I DONT LIKE THE CHANGE! YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!
One of the best meals I had in Tulsa. Surpisingly good and authentic Vietnamese. The picture says it all.
For it being in the middle of nowhere, it's a good as you could get. However, the hostess needs to not be so rude. First time there and asked for a menu. The hostess mumble something about ordering at the counter but I didn't hear him because he was sitting low and on his phone. So I asked for a menu. He rudely told me to order from the wall menu. There was no signs posted or anything so how would we know? I ordered two plates of food for myself and he had the audacity to asked if I was going to be able to eat it all myself? Really? Just be happy i'm ordering more than one plate. He then made a comment about only the big dudes are able to eat more than one plate. I sat at the table and observed the hostess being rude with minimal communication and direction to other customers.
Delicious great service and we always have enough leftovers to go. Place is always clean and they always have a great attitude to help you out with menu. Will definitely recommend.
The food here is high quality. I tried the pho but I was not successful I figuring it out. I also tied the sweet and sour chicken. It was good. The chicken was properly cooked with a good batter. The fried rice was ok but devoid of veggies.
Pho Da Cao on E 31st St in Tulsa, OK is the most non-traditional pho restaurant in the area. Customers order and pre-pay at the counter before dining in. The restaurant operates similar to fast food chain. Hot tea was served in a to-go cup and not in a traditional tea pot. The pho vegetables plate was small with lemons instead of limes, unlike most other Vietnamese restaurants. The pho broth was sugary sweet. The broth was clear without any hint of grease. For a broth made by simmering beef bones, I would expect some grease inside. The noodles had good texture and the spring rolls were great. For casual diners, Pho Da Cao may be good choice. For me, the quality of the pho is not to my standards. read more

Every once in a while I get the craving for Pho. And even in east Tulsa, with so many options to choose from, Pho Da Cao never disappoints. Today, DoorDash hooked me up. I ordered the Pho with steak and brisket and the shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were light and flavorful with a touch of cilantro to brighten each bite. The peanut dipping sauce was wonderful with just a bit left over. The Pho was just the right size. I ordered Medium with chicken broth. The accoutrements... onion, cilantro, jalapeños, bean sprouts, rice noodles, and lime wedges allowed me to customize my experience. Each bite was perfect and the jalapeño slices added a nice bit of flavor and heat. Prices are reasonable. Quality was exceptional and food tasted fresh. Definitely worth checking out, read more
This place is so unassuming on the outside, but BIG flavors on the inside! I sat down for pho and took sesame chicken home to go-- so delicious! The sesame chicken is fried perfectly not too much breading, and just enough crisp! Pho broth was phenomenal and the portion were generous for a medium size (they sell large as an option). The customer service really was outstanding and made me so happy that I was able to stop by this small business. Thank you for the amazing service! I have eaten at Phō Da Cao for a long time. This is my second time coming back since after they were closed due to covid. I have to say that this place is NOT the same. I don't get all the great reviews, maybe I'm spoiled for living in CA with Pho places everywhere. I came on a Monday around 2pm. When I walked in, there was a heavy sent of Lysol. Honestly, I don't want to smell Lysol when I walk into a Pho restaurant, I want to smell anise. I got seated right away from a girl with major attitude. The way she was speaking to felt like I should be honored to be in her restaurant. WTH??!! I ordered the following: Summer Rolls ($3): It has shrimp, lettuce and rice paper. It was missing the mint and bean sprouts. However, the dipping sauce was good. Bun Bo Hue ($9): It had Beef Shank and Pork Loaf. If you're going to list the ingredients, you need to list it right. This soup DID NOT have Beef Shank, instead it was fatty brisket. Also the soup did not have Pork Loaf, actually, I have no ideal what it was. It was a hard, spongey flavorless something. See pictures. 1 star because the soup for the Bun Bo Hue was tasty but lost its taste because I was smelling Lysol everywhere!! read more

I came here and got fried rice which was probably my first mistake. It was ok, the rice was pretty clumpy and chunky. The flavors were sort of mild, and I added a ton of chili sauce to try and spice it up haha. I would not recommend the fried rice ( think you can get better elsewhere). We did not order the pho, but I would come back for this ( it looked really good). We also got the Vietnamese egg rolls with pork which were good and the crab rangoon- this was the best thing we had. The staff was friendly and it has a big inside. I would come back here and try the pho instead. read more

Pho is broth is decent, however you guys need to learn how to cut your vegetables. You throw in stems and all. It's not very appealing. I have ordered from here numerous times and every single time has been this way. Veggies are nothing but stems.....I ordered 4 large phos and all are the same. Do better. read more

It appears to be a small family (minimal staff) run operations so, I would expect the wait time to increase and service to slow down during peak hours. We visited midafternoon. There was only one other diner eating at the time. Our service was good. We had a couple of Vietnamese egg rolls, Bùn bò hùe and Bùn thit nuòng. Nothing spectacular but, all good. Tasty! If you want the best vermicelli bowl in Tulsa, Pho Da Cao is the place! They give you a generous portion and the flavors are strong but bomb! I got the special combination Vermicelli bowl and it had noodles as the base, topped with pork, beef, shrimp, cilantro, picked daikon, pickled carrots, cucumber, lettuce and then dressed with a sweet fish sauce. All of this perfectly work in a flavorful melody. The service was okay. I felt like I was rushed when ordering food and in the rush of things, they got my to-go order wrong. She didn't let me finish ordering and said "Okay" immediately after I made a order request then slowly walked away from my table when I wasn't done ordering. Lol a little awkward but I understand since it was the lunch rush. Overall, the taste is authentic and flavor packed but service is just okay. read more

I've had Pho for the first time months ago & this time around, I gotta recommendation for this place. A friend stated that Pho is good for hangovers (), so I went ahead & made a visit to this place. I had a really bad headache & this helped out a lot. I got the shrimp Pho. I think on the menu, it was P7 (their selections are numbered). The only thing that was a downfall, they were kinda stingy with the shrimp. Outside of the that, the fixings & broth made it fulfilling. I always add Sriracha. They also had a sauce that I can't remember the name for nothing, but it's spicy with red pepper flakes & paste-like texture. The service was good. Greeted once I walked through the door. They were consistent with others. Always checked to see if everything was ok. read more
We found this place of course on Yelp. Just finished a movie and needed Pho.. real food after popcorn ! We had one order of spring rolls. Good but peanut sauce was very sweet and a bit runny ( he dripped on his shirt lol) Hubby had Pho P7 and the broth is to die for. We always taste before the fixings. It was superb. I had vermicelli salad V7 with everything. Now the egg rolls were quite tasty, beef, chicken and pork in there was equally good. The fish sauce I thought was a bit on the sweet side but I ate it all!! Lol. Hubby decided to get a boba togo, Mango. It is not blended tho. And it is realllly sweet too! Everyone like sweet stuff down here. He added more water and ice. read more
The P1 Pho Tai is amazing! Definitely wasn't expecting such good pho judging from the location but it's great and take out is quick. Only downside is that you can't order any of their special drinks to go. Definitely worth checking out. read more
