BUT... surprisingly, the flowers were actually decent, and the prices were fair considering it was the only spot open around the area at the time. So while the outside gives "mystery side quest," the flowers came through in the clutch. So, this florist was timely and delivered the flowers on the day that she had asked them to. You think I had a sleeve done. They charged me $100 to hold my appt. Then $605.00. They said it was 655.00, but kept the rest of the $100 I gave them. They charged taxes for using Venmo and a paint fee. I never heard a tattoo shop charging for paint. I totally felt scammed. The tattoo shop wasn't even nice. I literally was the only person there. I will never go back. Great tattoo but they will scam you.

If you speak mandarin, you get good service at this shop. Also, the payment they do cash but they don't have a card reader. Then later we see we got charged twice so we had to call them AGAIN.
