It looked good but the taste would be the real test. Vegetables that snap because they are fresh. Rice that was just the right amount of sticky and fluffy. Shrimp that was cooked perfectly and seemed fresh and with just the right amount of spice. I dare say this might be the best Chinese food I've ever had.
