$46.75 to hem and taper (near the ankles of pants) which is really a strip of fabric that measures 9 inches wide and 18 inches length of the lower half of my pants (which can be attached or removed from the upper half of the pants. I was NEVER provided a quotation or estimate on the cost. I've gotten my pants tailored over the years for a reasonable cost (as recent as 2025), but it is a surprise on how it's double the cost of other tailors (Corona, CA). Most times I am charged $25 - 30. But this place is $46.75?!!That is highway robbery for a strip of fabric! I am shaking and feel elevated heart rate at how much they would charge to tailor the upper half of my pants? It took a few minutes to gather my thoughts and calm down from the cost of adjusting the 9"x 18" strip of fabric. At this rate, how much is a dress or a men's suit going to cost to tailor? I hope not getting married or not preparing your suit (or men/women office ware) for a job interview or professional work becomes the norm at these rates of prices. How is this is sustainable? Last year another tailor in Corona tapered and hemmed my pants for $29, the entire pants for that price. It's a shame, I live so close to this location and would prefer to support local businesses in my neighborhood, but I am uncomfortable of the thought that I might have to refinance my mortgage or declare bankruptcy if a shirt needs tailoring. This was the first time I used your business for tailoring and dry cleaning and it will be the last. I would rather crawl to another location outside my immediate neighborhood to service my clothing. I use to come here all the time to clean my outfits and my lab coats. I brought my comforter here many moons ago and paid about 35 to clean it. Its the only dry cleaning place i have ever used since I moved here. Today, I brought my comforter again and the price went to 70 to clean the same item. Its double. When I asked the lady to check the pricing I paid last time, she tells me dismissively that I never brought it in. I know I have never gone anywhere else. But she was so dismissive that their system is so top notch, it would never be wrong. I was pretty upset about the price change and being so dismissive. I'll never come here again. I will need to find a new local cleaner. read more

This is my local cleaners, and they are always super friendly and helpful! I typically bring in my comforters and larger items and they always take great care of them. Today I dropped off a down comforter - Manju assisted me and was such a friendly face on a day I needed to see a friendly face :) would definitely recommend you drop off your dry cleaning here. read more

Everything need to Improve, super expensive and that's fine if the service they provide would back it. They ruined 2 sweaters by washing them instead of dry cleaning them, I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they refused but they didn't even call me they just a generic text and ignored my response. An additional review being that the owner assured me that I would be reimbursed. Would not respond in writing when I followed up with the cost. After going to the store and being told by an associate that the manager would only provide a store credit, I followed up with a second text message telling the manager not to worry about it because I plan to complain to the BBB. How can a patron's items be damaged with no plan for reimbursement? You could have made this right by telling your associate that the $100 requested was due to me when I first went to pick up. I paid a lot to have them put holes through my clothes, do not take your clothes here. Who uses big safety pins on material that can be damaged? Never again. My clothes are also not cheap! This outfit was expensive so they are out to ruin good clothing. Someone should be fired over this. Making you look like you don't know your own business. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for years and have had occasional issues which Rosa the manager will usually resolve. It's unfortunate she is the only one there with good customer service. The rest of the staff act like they could care less. I left over $150 worth of cleaning on wed 4/3 was promised I could pick up 4/5 I asked for a button on a pair of jeans to be re-sewn as it was falling off . They said sure I said could I get it back on Friday? They said yes. I kept checking the app said everything was complete but one piece . I never received a text to come pick up my cleaning. I finally call Friday night the guy answers and said the pants with the alterations isn't ready and to keep checking the app or wait until tomorrow. I call today Saturday . They say check on Monday. I'm leaving town tomorrow. They do say the rest of my items are ready . If I had known it would take the alterations that long I would have said never mind . Terrible customer service, I asked for Rosa but she is off. I will contact her when I return. read more

I gave these people a lot of chances. I thought their service will get better after time wasting money with these people. There's no good. Their work is terrible. Everything they do is terrible. I will not recommend to go here if you want to get your money taken away for no reason and want to waste money go there, the dry cleaning everything even sometimes they pretend they wash the clothes but they don't and give it to you like that. I am very disappointed in the customer service. We moved to this area about 2 yrs ago and started using this cleaner. The prices that were given in the beginning - never matched the charges. Last week I took 2 coats to be cleaned, and it cost me over 100.00. When I called to talk to Rosalyn- the manager, she stated that since they're "organic cleaners" they have to adjust their "temperature "? so it doesn't damage the product. Please do not respond to this review and say that your customers are the "gem" of your business, since clearly having happy clients is not by words only, it's the actual customer service you provide. When I said that I am very disappointed and asked the manager to close my account, she just threw a careless "OK" on my face. Wish I could give this place zero stars. For being a large chain with many locations you would think they would have it figured out. My fault for not reading the reviews prior to coming here but it's down the street so I chose convenience over quality. I got about 10 jerseys dry cleaned here or should I say destroyed. Again my fault I should have turned around and walked out when they asked me to sign a waiver. However I've gotten my jerseys dry cleaned elsewhere and have never had any issues before. I asked them why am I signing a waiver do you guys do something different than other dry cleaners? They said no they dry clean them just like everyone else so I trusted them. Got all my jerseys back with the lettering faded and ruined. So ultimately they make you sign the waiver so they can ruin your expensive jerseys and not be held accountable for it. Not going to waste my time begging for a refund which won't help because the damage has already been done. Plus this business won't be here for long anyway. DONT EVER EVER EVER COME HERE! read more
