Addendum: The silver lining is, my new oil company, Valley Oil, informed me about a discount for…read morepeople over 55, and combined with Valley's cheaper rates, my fuel delivery ended up costing about $200 less than it would have with Mazzola. Yay, Valley Oil! Boo on you, Mazzola! Their oil truck drove off my driveway, got stuck in my lawn, and created huge ruts. A tow truck came, also got stuck in my lawn, and created more huge ruts. A bigger tow truck came and freed the oil truck. The Mazzola driver drove off, leaving the tow truck driver and me to fix the big mess, which involved more than an hour of shoveling and raking, leaving me covered in sweat, shaking, and with my elbow tendonitis severely aggravated. I asked Steffen at Mazzola for 1k to split with the tow truck driver, who gave me his cell phone number and said he would return with soil and seeds in the spring. Steffen called it extortion and said he would hire a landscaper to fix the lawn. The last thing I want is for this company to hire someone else to come on my property and screw around. Then Steffen had the nerve to say it was my fault that the driver got stuck because my driveway is icy. It's winter! If they can't control their trucks in winter, they should stay off people's property. I sure wish they had stayed off mine, and I guarantee they won't be coming anywhere near it in the future.

As a new home-owner and septic system rookie (who had no idea where the access point was), they clearly explained the process / costs, answered my basic questions, and texted photos of the work site, as I was not on-site when the work was done. Response time, from my first call to completion of the work, was very prompt. These guys are professionals. In my opinion, they completely delivered on their "#1 in the #2 business" tagline. Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing.
