Notified them of an issue with someone selling them reels of wire that were stolen (Showed them pictures as proof and everything), told them they were stolen and this guy did not have authorization to sell them (they didn't seem to care too much), but then a week later the same guy went there again with more reels of wire (after they were notified of an issue of theft and stolen goods) and they took it again no problem. Not to mention, we're talking reels of bare copper wire so it's pretty obvious. They're either accessories to the crime or just shady, but nevertheless I wouldn't trust them and use them for anything. People treat others how they want to be treated.

I just called to see if I could pre-buy oil (in March) for next season, as oil prices are tanking today, and I wanted to lock in that lower price. They could not be more accommodating. I've been pre-buying for many years, and they're easy to work with. I have a service contract with them, also, and the service tech they send is pleasant, efficient, and keeps my middle-aged furnace running like a top. I've looked around for better pricing, a couple of years, and decided to stick w/ them, because nobody's got a better price and service agreement deal. At least I haven't found one, and I've looked.

Overall, I was very pleased with his style, knowledge and thoroughness. I had my report by email within a couple of hours. I'd hire him in a minute if I were ever to purchase real estate again.

I contacted Sean (the owner) last year, asking about repairing my John Deere lawn tractor. He said…read moreto bring it in and he would do an evaluation and give me an estimate. Weeks passed by and I didn't hear anything. I called and he said he hadn't gotten to it yet. I waited again and left a few messages. After no response, I dropped by (45 min round trip). He said he lost the repair tag, so I filled out another tag. More waiting with no update. I was able to get him on the phone and he said he was acid washing the carb. I remind him that he said he would give me an estimate before doing any work. Back to waiting, but then life goes on and I didn't follow up. Fast forward over a year later to today. I decided I would show up and take back my tractor. The overgrown front yard is littered with "repair items", including my tractor. The hood was removed, leaving the engine open to the elements. It looked just like every other forgotten piece equipment that other customers left with him. Sean appeared and I reminded him who I was. His excuse was that he lost my repair tag because "sorry but my tags aren't weatherproof"! I dropped off a tractor that had some value to me. I expected to know within a week or two if he could fix it. If not, then say so, and I would have picked it up and sold it. Instead it is a total loss, and is now part of the Harvest Lawnmower Repair graveyard. Before you consider this business, check out my photos.
