Their warranty was for only 90 days. When I inquired about any flexibility given how close we were, I was told they could only give a 5 day grace. So, I'm out $400 bucks that would have been better spent towards a new machine. Would not recommend.

I had to pay $160 up front just to get a service call. The technician came out and diagnosed my problem as a major repair probably to cost about $1400. The technician promised a report that we could share with Fridgedaire regarding this problem and their detailed review and diagnosis of this problem. I have not received said report. I did however receive a packet of info about Action Appliance and all the assistance they could give me with a new appliance purchase and many packages for service calls. I called Fridgedaire directly and received an offer for an appliance repair package and they sent out a tech from another appliance company to diagnose and repair my fridge. The technician came out and in 6 minutes diagnosed this problem as a problem with the freezer fan. For way less than $1400 this problem was diagnosed and fixed. I will not recommend or ever call or use Action Appliance for any of my home appliances. I am looking for a complete refund of my service fee because I feel I did not receive any service close to helping me resolve my issue.
