The delivery was due on a Sunday and they called on Saturday prior to confirm delivery and then simply ghosted me from there. Other than safety, I can't think of anything more important for a moon bounce company than reliability. I wouldn't have even written a poor review, but then they didn't even reach out to apologize, explain or offer any solutions... their actions told me how they feel about me... Other reviews have also mentioned their poor communication as well. I attached a photo of what an empty yard looks like without a moon bounce because that's what my daughter got to see on her birthday.

I'm not sure why they're charging me other than they're scamming people who don't check their accounts often enough to notice but you've got the wrong one here. I've already contacted my bank.
