The little kids were so happy and LOVED showing off the beautiful tattoos Scotty did for them. He even had glitter for anyone who wanted some sparkle. He did colors as well as black. His energy was fantastic and happy and everyone had so much fun. This would be great for bachelorette parties or birthday parties even for older kids!
