Rob called and said that he delivered them to my next door neighbor and that I had to go over and get them. He treated it like it was funny. He proceeded to tell me what he thought was how covid was transmissible. I had to go over to my neighbors to get them. I called Rob back and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. He said "why? Because I made a mistake? I delivered them didn't I" he finally agreed to give me $5.00 (half the delivery charge) back. He was unapologetic and very rude.

Our wedding took place this past weekend during the Nor'easter and Jordan helped us acquire several items (a covered walkway, extra tent space, extra tent walls) at the last minute. Instead of upcharging us for the last-minute addition, he gave us a discount! And he helped us troubleshoot the crazy rain situation by recommending that we buy plywood for makeshift flooring. If you need a tent company, go with this one. His team was a pleasure to work with and literally saved the day during a Nor'easter! 10/10 would recommend.

No willingness to compromise, despite them telling me they had other people interested in getting the tent. I suppose they'd be fine to book with as long as you know you need zero flexibility or human compassion.

His energy was fantastic and happy and everyone had so much fun. This would be great for bachelorette parties or birthday parties even for older kids! The kids loved it, but the adults had the best time. If i have any other kinds of parties, Scotty will have my business!
