The communication at this location is truly horrible. We purchased baggers for our lawn mower, but they were not installed properly. We explained that the grass was not going all the way into the baggers and was getting stuck in the tube. We even showed them pictures and videos demonstrating that the lawn mower was not functioning properly with the baggers installed. They told us they could order a new belt and spring to fix the issue. We waited three weeks or more without receiving a phone call. Eventually, we called them and discovered that the parts had been at the store for about a week. Apparently, they had sent us a text message, but we never received it. If a customer is waiting for important parts and does not respond to a text, wouldn't it make sense to follow up with a phone call? When I went to pick up the parts, I asked whether we could return the baggers. They told us no because the purchase was financed, and they accused us of tampering with the equipment, which we did not do. He got defensive because he was the one that installed it incorrectly. He should not be installing baggers at all. At that point, we replaced the belt and spring, but even after changing those parts, the baggers still did not work properly. I ended up calling again and asking for RJ and was put on hold for 30 mins and then the call dropped. I called again saying the same thing and was told RJ wasn't there. So why was i on hold for 30 mins if he wasn't there???. After calling again later on their next suggestion was to remove the baggers, charging us $50 for pickup and another $50 for drop-off. To make matters worse, they suggested that we sell the baggers on Facebook Marketplace. We purchased these baggers this year, and they are brand new, from when we first received the baggers with the lawnmower it hasn't been working properly. We should not be experiencing these kinds of issues with a new product. We went back and forth with them, asking whether there were any other options, but they told us there was nothing else they could do. I then contacted the company directly, and they told me they could inspect the lawn mower. Interesting, because we were previously told that there were no other options! The company also informed us that, upon receiving the baggers, we had 90 days to return them if we were not satisfied. Unfortunately, that return window has now closed, and we were never informed of this policy by the store. The company offered to inspect that we accepted but after some thoughts we declined due to it being the same store picking up the lawnmower. We wanted absolutely nothing to do with them after asking numerous amount of time if there was any other option. Moving foward we went to a different company that was willing to assist us in the matter and didn't advice us to sell on facebook market. Based on our experience, it feels as though they are more interested in selling a lawn mower than providing proper customer service afterward.

Their sales rep Jason was 100% knowledgeable and followed up with every email in a very timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and even when they didn't have a piece I needed in at that time they found one and got it to the location right away for me. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Unfortunately I wasn't near home and had my helper and a commitment to do the job so I rented it. get to the job and within 30 seconds of use blades fall off and smoke from belt. had to return 20 min each way to get another. Anyway, very sneaky, deceptive and rented me a piece of garbage. Complete ripoffs. 30 years in business and this is my worst experience Brought in to repair leaks…read more Rob told me "don't worry", when I asked about the price before it was finished. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. My Phone is eight four five six six on two five seven zero if you want to know more. There isn't much more.
