Nice environment. Friendly and capable staff. Delish bubble tea . They also have food but I only got bubble tea. Big parking lot in front. Refreshing.

I think it's a new place , maybe a couple of months old. They are in a small shopping plaza like most places on the the island. Plenty of parking, and the store is the last one in the row They don't have too much seating, probably a dozen or so tables but they are set up where you can move them around to accommodate larger parties . They do take reservations too which is nice. The food was delicious. Tried the ramen and the bubble tea. They also have appetizers and bowls as well. I'll have to try those next time. The staff was super nice and pleasant.

This was the best shrimp ramen I've had in a long time. The broth and shrimp were full of flavor. So glad I was in the area and saw this restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try another type of ramen they have.

Nice new place in the neighborhood. Koi took over the bbq place, and we have been waiting for them to open. They just had their grand opening today, and the place decor is clean and cute. They only have 4 tables, so not a big place. The service was amazing and attentive. We ordered the combo for two, but they didn't have the duck or lobster ramen. I really was craving duck. We opted for the Sapporo miso since I wasn't in the mood for chicken or loaded seafood. The tonkatsu ramen broth was tasty, and if you grab some togarashi near the counter. The Sapporo ramen broth was really tasty, and they were nice enough to add 3 shrimp to mine since they didn't have the 2 options I wanted to try. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The cha siu could be more fatty but that's my preference. Overall, pretty solid ramens. The passion fruit tea is how you imagine it should be but the Thai tea isn't what we imagined. I guess we were used to the normal heavy thai tea taste with your evaporated and condense milk. Their Thai tea is on the light side and not very sweet. Just a warning that you won't get the typical Thai tea. We ended it with strawberry mochi that comes with the combo and they gave us on boba vanilla ice cream on the house. Didn't think to have that as a combo but it does work. Overall, solid experience and definitely will be back to try more of their options. Hopefully next time, they have duck available! :)

This was the tastiest, freshest ramen I've ever had. The seafood was perfectly cooked and portioned, the broth was absolutely delicious, and the noodles were yummy. The only thing I'd do next time is swap ramen for udon. We also had the cheese balls, which were incredibly satisfying appetizer bites. The takoyaki was fresh and tasty. The boba soft serve for dessert was amazing, too. The tapioca was fresh and made in house and the ice cream was luscious and complemented the pearls very well. The service is extremely friendly and efficient and the ambiance is laid back. The interior decor is minimalistic and clean. The pillows on the seats are very thoughtful--just like everything else about this restaurant, their food, and service. I'm so happy this place is close by. Looking forward to trying all their drinks!

Ordered takeout last night for a group and one of the order (Cha siu don) was spoiled. The cha siu was not edible and was spoiled. Had to throw out that order. The other orders were fine but that was a waste of money.

The staff is always super friendly, the decor is adorable, it's clean, and most of all the food is delicious! I ordered the tempura udon noodle soup and it healed me I swear

Seems like it would be easy to find in this neighborhood but it wasn't. We ended up here during a lunch time special and I was able to order straight through Yelp. When I got there 10 minutes later everything was already waiting. The space is small but perfect for what it is and the workers were extremely kind and helpful.. I can't wait to go back again and try some other items. My little girl who is extremely picky loved her cucumber roll and ate 5 pieces on her own! This is a massive win for us which means that they had a great product!

You can tell he truly cares about his customers and the food he serves. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ordered a variety and honestly enjoyed every single thing -- nothing felt rushed or sloppy, just carefully made and thoughtfully presented. What really stood out was the combination of excellent food and genuine hospitality. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable, appreciated, and excited to come back again. You can tell a lot of pride goes into both the menu and the experience. If you're looking for great sushi made with care by people who truly love what they do, this spot is definitely worth visiting. I couldn't get a refund because the restaurant had already accepted my order -- and since I was the one who cancelled, Uber Eats treated it as a voluntary cancellation. No refund. 3.5 Stars for their lunch specials!…read more This was our first visit, and we only ordered a salad and two lunch specials. I would definitely come back to try other items from their regular menu. I found the entrees in the lunch special a little skimpy. These are the dishes we shared: -- Papaya Salad ($12): this is from their regular menu, and I thought it was excellent! Well balanced and so tasty! -- Drunken Noodles w.Beef (Lunch Special $14.95): this came with a Spring Roll and your choice of either Soup or Salad. We chose the Soup, which was a Tom Yum Soup. The Soup was very spicy but the Drunken Noodles were very mild; almost bland. It definitely needed more flavors and wok hei, but still ok. -- Massaman Curry w.Shrimp (Lunch Special $14.95): this came with a Spring Roll and your choice of either Soup or Salad. We chose the Salad, which came with a Peanut sauce. The Salad was actually pretty good; the peanut sauce was slightly sweet. The Massaman Curry w.Shrimp was very weak in flavor and only came with 3 little shrimps. I would suggest you order a different protein and skip the shrimp. Customer service was good; albeit there was nobody to greet us when we first arrived, so we just seated ourselves. But service got better. They didn't rush us to order and let us linger after we finished eating. But after a while, we were asked to leave since they close the restaurant in between the lunch and dinner service (between 3:30-4:30pm). Sorry, we were not aware of this! All in all, a decent first experience. Next time, I'd skip the lunch specials and just order off their regular menu.

As someone born & raised in flushing who grew up eating hotpot/kbbq, and often still eats hotpot -…read moreI'm honestly very impressed by the quality of K-city. I will preface this by saying I consider K-city a 5/5 for Long Island - probably a 4/5 if K-city was in Queens tbh. If i was in the Nassau area I default to K-city vs. Kpot! I mainly go to K-city for the hotpot vs. the kbbq/hot food selection. The bbq is okay but the grill itself is pretty small. The prepared food selection is also okay, includes both hot food & sushi but I mainly consider it as food to eat while my hotpot is getting ready (lol). The broths are very legit with the variety offered being spicy (mala with the Szechuan peppercorns), mushroom, pork bone, herbal ( I believe is a mix of pork & chicken + herbs), tomato and mushroom. My favorite thus far have been the spicy & herbal! I appreciate that the meats are also included in the buffet section as well so I can control the quantity as opposed to some other hotpot/bbq places where the meats come pre-portioned. I think the main drawback of K-City as opposed to Spring Shabu (my personal 2nd favorite choice in nassau) is definitely the veggie selection & quality. Having said that, the veggie selection is okay and has the main things I get like the enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage, broccoli and noodles.

A lot of people seem to give high praises of this place. Several friends and family even…read morerecommended to me. Of course the beast in me have to try! First off, yeah its a bbq/ hotpot kind of joint. AYCE of course. I have to say the little personal hotpots they give us are cute. The broth choices doesn't seem to matter tbh. Eventually you're chucking all types of seafood and meats that will make your broth good regardless. The pot is a bit on the smaller side if you choose 2 different broths. Hoping the 1 flavor one would be bigger but its the same. Cause of the split pot inside. As for the choices it's pretty standard hotpot stuff. Nothing too crazy to write home about. The grill side was a bit on the disappointment. Sure they have "marinated meats" but when I went they just chuck frozen galbi on top of the marinated meat. Not sure if they didn't have enough time for prep but I felt like the workers are just throwing things in for us animals to eat regardless of flavors. The cook station and sushi station was probably the most disappointing stations of them all. Majority of the cooked foods were cold. you would assume theres some kind of heat light warmer or steam bath to keep the foods warm but nope... most of them were just out and about and cold. The sushi station was lack lustered... selections were limited. Just your average carb city and fillers. The sashimi were not appealing imo. Overall, i felt like this place maybe good for younger audiences or family outings. Kids will like it cause of all the different types of fried/fast food styles. Also... just a tip for some of you out there. If you see raw oysters and raw clams with ice cubes on them... it's for HOT POT to COOK THEM IN! If you want the legit ones goto the sushi station for them... DONT EAT THE ONES AT THE HOTPOT STATION! MOST LIKELY YOU WILL GET SICK IF YOU DO! I'm pretty sure their were signs that state that ...but saw some of these "adults" SLURPING AWAY before even making it to the table... and im like...bro is gonna be on the toilet for sure... SO yeah.. BE SMART! READ BEFORE STUFFING YOUR FACE WITH THE RAW STUFF!
