This was just some of the sushi that we ordered every single one of those was just so good.

This was my first time eating here, and I was so shocked it was amazing. Our meal included soup salad appetizers and of course sushi. Can't wait to go back again! The service was impeccable. The food was just so great.

We all got sick, completely overpriced. They charged us for white rice ($2.50 for a small scoop) when our server said it was included, then she said it wasn't once we questioned the bill. The sesame chicken didn't even have sesame seeds on it. We ordered two, one with extra sauce and both had nearly none. The waitress was rude and we will never be back again. Bathroom was very nice looking and place was clean. Except the smell from the fish tank in the front. Please clean it it reeks.

Great food, great service, and great people. Love Ichiban. Try the all you can eat. Top recommendation!

Hubs is not a fan of sushi so we order from Ichiban because of their varied menu. He loves the General Tso chicken. I, however, prefer sushi. I got the dinner special with a tuna roll and assorted sushi. Fish was very fresh and melted in my mouth. Very good quality. I also got the duck spring rolls which were tasty. Definitely a yummy sushi spot and it's becoming our go-to for sushi take out.

Went to Iciban Asian in Levittown Long Island yesterday to celebrate Father's day. For 2 hours we feasted on eel, red clam, salmon, squid, octopus, yellow tail, white tuna, stripped bass, mackerel and tamago. the place is small hole in the wall but so good!

G. Steak Teriyaki Box ($10 lunch special)

Looks like this is an all-you-can-eat place but they have an a la carte menu too (which I ordered via Uber Eats for pickup). Probably 3.5 stars for food, but rounding up for the value of the lunch specials (good selection of $10 bento box options that come with soup, salad, fried shumai, and California rolls). Got a few teriyaki bento box specials (chicken, salmon, and steak) with brown rice instead of white, and a two-roll combo special (picked eel avocado and crunchy spicy salmon). Chicken was delicious, salmon was ok, steak could've been better. Really liked the crispy shumai. Eel avocado roll was a little off - avocado was nice and creamy but the eel was a little hard, couldn't tell if it was supposed to be crispy skin but it was a little offputting. I didn't try the salmon roll (I don't eat raw fish), but hubby said it was fine. Wouldn't mind returning to try more of menu. ~ Ordered for pickup via Uber Eats. Nice that they still had lunch specials on a Saturday afternoon (ranging from $9-$12 but most are $10). Wide selection of $10 lunch special bento boxes, which come with soup, salad, fried shumai, and California rolls. They have the typical teriyaki dishes but also a range of other entrees (sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, etc.) as well. Ordered a few teriyaki bento box specials (chicken, salmon, steak) and a two-roll combo ($9) special. Was able to sub brown rice for the bento boxes without an upcharge, which was nice. Nice they gave you both soup and salad, but soup was slightly powdery/salty. Salad came with like two strips of unripened mango, but I guess still fancied up the salad. Chicken was surprisingly moist and tender, salmon was just a touch overcooked but still pretty good, steak still had a bit of pink but was a bit chewy and under-seasoned. The veggie mix that sat under the meat (zucchini, broccoli, and onions I think) was good. The fried shumai were very good - good flavor and cooked well. Liked that the outside skin was slightly crispy. Liked the California rolls, probably because the avocado was good. Initially was going to get the three-roll combo lunch special ($12) but the rolls you could choose from were more limited than two-roll combo ($9), which was disappointing (no eel avocado roll).. so I had to get the two-roll combo. Picked eel avocado and crispy spicy salmon. Avocado was nice and creamy but the eel was a bit hard which was strange - not sure if it was just crispy skin or just hard. Still edible but just a bit offputting. I don't eat raw fish so didn't try the crunchy spicy salmon roll, but hubby said it wasn't bad.

Not impressed at all. The lot/strip mall is super sketchy but we thought the pizza place was decent next door. So we tried it. Will never go back. Mt Fuji is down the block, go there. The sushi was fishy smelling which in my experience isn't normal. The rolls were not tightly rolled in fact quite loose, some rolls open so you couldn't really grab them with chop sticks. The yellowfin tuna was hard, which would tell me the fish was old. Not good, all around crappy. The picture I added is to show you how the roll was not tightly rolled. Many of the pieces were like that. Thumbs down

The food was delivered very fast. The pork mai fun was very salty... but the fried rice was pretty good. Somehow the price on the receipt was different from my online receipt...

I visited a few times and I have to say that the first time was great. It was comparable to a better version of sushi village. However, you cannot use any coupons or even claim gift card check in offer when you do all-you-can-eat option (even though there was no disclaimer on either when you dine buffet style. Fine, we let it go as we were with a big party. Then few days ago on Sunday, we went back. They took out eel from both their sushi and sashimi area. Wish that we saw it before sitting down. The tuna wasn't really fresh and I had to spit it out. For the price of 21.99, I expected more. Just wanted to let everyone know that if you go to sushi buffet for the eel, dont go to ichiban! The closest thing is ordering hand roll and special rolls which they jam with lots of rice to fill you up.

Sushi!

Sushi was pretty good! Service was fast. Not the best but definitely not terrible. I'd for sure go back considering I live 2 mins away.

Our group ate here on a Friday night. Usually this place is a treat (there are some nights where I…read morewould do horrible things for their table noodles), but this experience was not the best... the food itself was delicious. Noodles on point, shrimp wonton soup excellent, and the shrimp with broccoli entree was pretty good too (albeit a little heavier than I anticipated). Our dissatisfaction came from the service. INCREDIBLY slow given the restaurant wasn't packed. It took an unacceptable amount of time from when we sat down to when our waiter even arrived, and even longer to get the complimentary noodles and tea. Even when we finally placed our order, it took over 30 minutes for a couple of appetizers and 4 entrees, one of which they got wrong... and what was probably most irritating is that the staff spent more time and attention cleaning a table that just finished eating, rather than attending to diners still in the restaurant. And it was after 8pm when they close at 9, it wasn't like another party was coming in for that table. I love this place man, but ya gotta be better.

It's in a strip mall off Jerusalem and Wantagh Avenues with ample parking, a few blocks south of…read morethe Southern State Pkwy. When entering, on the right side there are lots of tables and booths surrounded by window cases full of pretty teapots. A clay warrior statue in the front and back stand guard. On the left side is a partially open kitchen and the takeout register. The extensive menu covers various basic Chinese and Japanese selections. We shared the shrimp and spinach wonton soup to start. The broth was wonton, the spinach wasn't as soft as expected due to its inclusion of the stems, and the shrimp was a negligible part of the dumpling it was wrapped in. My son enjoyed their chicken and broccoli as well as their steamed vegetable dumplings. My wife and I enjoyed their 6 steamed crystal shrimp dumplings appetizer. So far, so good, but the big disappointment came with the boneless ribs appetizer. The sauce was good, but the pork was barely edible because it tasted as if it had been pre-cooked, left to harden and dry, before being re-heated and served ... not fresh and way too chewy. I ordered it because another Yelper had recommended them, so maybe that dish isn't consistently what it should be? I had also been to Jani's about ten days earlier and it was much better. Me and the cousin I was with split the Lake Tung Ting Shrimp and Moo Shu Beef, so I can recommend both of those. On weekends, a reservation is a good idea.
