No one was of any help. I ask for a price check there were about 15 contigo cups and on my app they ring up not in stock. They were on the sales rack with the regular price covered with a sticker. The cashier pulled the sticker off and attempted to sell it to me for the regular price of 45 dollars. She did not want to research it she just said do you want it I said no not at that price She and all of the other cashiers ignored me. I ended up going to this Kohl's twice this weekend. I was able to easily find parking both times. My fiance and I went there first on Saturday. My fiance needed to return an item she got from Amazon. I have always found the ability to return an item bought from Amazon at Kohl's to be very convenient. The Amazon returns are currently at the very back right-hand corner of the store. I have seen them move Amazon Returns three times now. They might move it again, but right now, it is at the very back right-hand corner of the store. We got a coupon for 20% off one item in Kohl's. The next morning, we found that our Keurig was not working. We decided to make good use of the coupon and get one from Kohl's. They had a good selection of different Keurigs. We picked the one we wanted and went to checkout. It looked like it was going to be a long line, but it went quickly because Kohl's had a lot of people working the registers. read more

Went in to purchase a few things for a trip. Utilized the Kohl's app to process check a few items as I didn't see any prices reflected on the shelf. I scanned one and I showed on clearance for X amount, when I got to self check out and scanned it, it reflected a higher price. I inquired with an associate if they could match it. She acted it as if I was lying so I scanned the UPC right in front of her to show her. She called over another associate who informed me they could not match it. I went back and fourth with her for a moment before she called over a supervisor. I informed her I utilized their app and price check feature to price check something and it's reflecting differently when I scanned it in store. She was zero help. Just said prices vary from online and in store and basically walked away. I said got it. So your app with the feature to "price check" items in store is a waste of time, as she walked away. The price difference didn't matter to me. I still took the item. It's the principle of the matter and how no associate or the supervisor seems to have the customer service skill to take care of a frequent customer. read more

Man, Kohl's isn't what is used to be. I used to enjoy the occasional stroll through Kohl's, but this particular location is just a mess - literally. More on that in a sec... Going into this review, I'm aware of staffing shortages as a result of COVID and the "work from home wave" - perhaps this factor alone is the issue at this location? Went to return some items my wife bought (towels turned out to be the wrong color). First, I stood in the wrong line...where I waited in a line several people long with only one one register working.... When I finally made it to the real return counter, I didn't have my wife's debit card (the payment method used for the purchase), and asked if that was going to be a problem. At first, the teller said yes - ...but was it really? Really? Ultimately, the return was finalized and he handed me cash. What disappoints is what another reviewer already addressed. It wasn't until AFTER I got home that my wife realized they give you LESS money back than the purchase price. WTF? They literally DID NOT GIVE US THE FULL AMOUNT BACK. Are they pocketing some untold "return fee"? Disappointing. Okay - so you remember up there when I said the place was a mess? After returning the towels, I went in search of men's dress socks. Everywhere I looked, I saw clothing haphazardly piled on top of displays, I saw clothes hung where they obviously should be, clothing and items on the floor.... This place was A. LITERAL. MESS. The store is easy to navigate and the employees here have been helpful and friendly. There's usually Kohl's cash rewards or coupons for 20-30% off through the app so it's worth signing up for promotions. You don't have to be a Kohl's card holder to get the good deals either but card holders can save additionally. read more

I have been to so many sephoras and only this one was able to help me. Specifically an advisor named Elizabeth. She was the sweetest most kindest person I've ever met. She immediately gave me customer service and even asked twice because she could tell I was socially anxious. She stood with me for over an hour trying to find all of my perfect products and shades, and she has a keen eye for shade matching. She was cut from a cloth that has eluded the City of San Antonio for years. She is exactly what customer service is about. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent interaction I had with one of your employees at the Amazon Returns Service Desk. On Saturday November 23, 2024 at approximately 1:30 PM. I was waiting for an employee to come to the desk. Andrew came out from the back. He was visibly angered when he saw there was a customer. Under his breath he uttered a complaint with expletives as every other word. I said hello to no response. He snatched my items slammed them on the desk and processed the return. You can tell this man has severe anger issues. I have interacted with him several times to the same behavior. How he is still working in customer service is beyond me. I believe this behavior does not align with your company's standards of customer care.I kindly request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken. I've only been in to return Amazon purchases and to the new Sephora but have never been disappointed. In my opinion the other items in store are overpriced for what they are (clothing etc.). Normally I love this store. I usually find pretty good deals and receive great coupons. This time I found several items scratched and no price to be found on certain Christmas decor. The lines can sometimes be slow, and there never seems to be more than one or two people on registers. I came very late when it was pretty dead, and thankfully missed the crowds, because I noticed only two registers open. I found some good deals on baby clothes. But the toy section was very limited, and I couldn't find anything for a 2 year old hardly other than bedtime books. Another disappointment came when I found a big snow globe centerpiece with no price in an area labled half off. At first the guy searched the product and couldn't find a bar code. So he asked another lady, and she tells him she's unsure as well. She then asks me if I'm still interested in the item. I said, "Yes that is why I lugged it up here and would still like to know the price." They had to look up the price online and told me it was not half off. The snow globe was overpriced and had glue and scratch marks on it, and they were unwilling to discount it. It felt disappointing to see such a general disregard of helping the customer. Return policy is the worst. Bought some items for my daughter and paid cash, item was too small. Went to store to return or exchange for a bigger size. I lost the receipt, therefore I can only get the exact item which is not available in a bigger size but they have other choices different brands. If I get a refund I only get $24 dollars back, I paid $37 plus tax is almost $40, despite that's still the current price for the item. Why cannot get an exchange and pay the difference on whatever I am buying? That's plain wrong stealing. Never shopping there again. read more

Be aware of Kohls tactic in signing you up for free shipping. We were unaware this was done. They were charging us $13 a month for something we did not sign up for, when we called they were not willing to refund us for earlier charges. I stood forever in a line where there was one associate helping out. People in line are asking for more help. The associate helping me was Carly. She appeared obviously burned out out and blatantly rude. She asked me to move and when I didn't oblige the second she asked me to she came storming around the counter, tossed my boxes in my cart one fell on her feet as she was trying to prove her point ( my merchandise that I paid for) not store merchandise. I commented she must really dislike her job (trying to give her a hint at her disdain and unpleasance that she was spewing at me). We shop here on occasion mainly due to the prices on clothing. It is difficult to find help if you need it and it will usually only consist of pointing you to a location. Many many times the shelves and racks of clothes get very disorganized and I get frustrated thumbing through others discards when they have been to freaking lazy to replace the items they just picked up but decided not to buy. I never see any of the employees busy keeping things neat. Consequently I only go here rarely. A little more now that they have an Amazon return center. read more

Went this this store for the first time In a long time because my mother wanted to buy me some clothes as a late Christmas gift. That men's section was a mess, a mixed up mess and it was almost impossible to find anything. Hangers were all wrong and not matched up to the actual sizes. Pants were basically huge piles you had to sort through. Prices advertised were not even correct nor were their actual sales. For example: men's woven shirts are buy one at regular price get the second half off. Nope, cashier said that wasn't valid anymore even though the signage was posted all over every single rack with Men's woven shirts. Just a terrible shopping experience and not worth it for the price. Maybe it was my lucky day? I have not shopped at Kohl's in a few years, however I needed a Samsonite spinner bag that was on sale for $94.00 and an umbrella for a trip. When I walked in I was greeted by Kim, the manager, who asked me if I needed help? She walked me over to the bags and I started looking. I could not find it. I then found an associate who helped me search inventory. They showed to have 1 in stock, but not on the sales floor-which he thought was all they had. The associate then called another location, but was put on hold for ten minutes! I then told him I would drive out there to look. I really did not want to. On my way out the manager asked if I had found what I wanted. I then told her the story and told her I would look at the other location. She then told me she did not want me to drive elsewhere. I like this store BUT....every time I go here the store is so unorganized. The clothes are marked wrong and or put in the wrong place. I get so mad when I find something I like and when I get to the register the price quoted to me is different from what I saw on the rack. And the shoes are just all over the place and so hard to find the size of the shoe located on the top shelf advertised. Kohl's has great item but the store really needs some cleaning and organizing. I will say this, that most of their cashiers are very pleasant more so in Kohl's then in other department stores I have been in. I really appreciate that type of service. read more
