Very poor experience at this location. We went in to purchase boots for my grandson but we were approached by a sales lady that was very rude and disrespectful. Obviously they have a problem at this location because I've read other reviews and they complain about the sales people. I noticed a pair of boots were priced at $64.99 and the same size same brand of boots were priced at $69.99. I asked the sales lady if they would honor the lower price since it was their mistake and not ours. She took the boots out of my hand and said she couldn't give them back to me. I told her I wanted to purchase those boots but she said I couldn't purchase them until she changed the price. I asked her to ask the manager and she just walked off. If these employees can't do their job and make sure all the prices are the same then they shouldn't be in sales. Because its their mistake that caused this issue. She was very rude to us and after that she went to the back and never came out again. We ended up purchasing the boots and when we approached the counter to pay the girl behind the counter didn't have any kind of customer service skills because she didn't greet us or even make us feel welcomed. It was the total opposite. She made us feel unwelcomed and like we were bothering her. She was very monotone and cold. We definitely won't return. I'll never go back to this store. Not for hat shaping! That's 4sure! My son and I got there on Monday before 12pm. They already had a long line. Waited. Employees walking around. Nobody ever said anything to me. While I stood next to the line with my hat that I needed fixed. After a while of being ignored. I walked around to the side of the customer service desk and stood there for a while. Meanwhile there was a lady checking all the customers out and someone else that walked right past me and was doing other stuff behind the desk. Right before she could walk past me again without saying anything. I said excuse me real loud. She finally spoke to me. Told her I needed help with getting my straw hat fixed. She told me nobody will be there until 5pm to 9pm......... Wonderful! I drove from out of town. It's my second attempt! I then asked if I could leave my hat and pick up later. She said yes. I then explained how and what I wanted done to my hat. From front to back. I left. Not feeling great about leaving it behind. But I felt hopeless. That night about 7pm a man calls me to ask me how and what I wanted done to my hat shaping I explained again. From front to back. Not even 10mins later someone else calls me saying my hat was ready for pick up! I told the person on the phone there's no way! I just got off the phone with the other man. They said nope! He's done. So the next day Tuesday I go to pick up..... Waiting in line I notice my hat sitting on the shelf. I wait longer than 20mins for one customer to check out. I get up there and tell the lady I'm here to pick up that hat. She grabs it and says uhhhh it doesn't look done. I looked at it. And said uhhh no it doesn't look done wth! She was like that looks bad! I agreed! She then says on this piece of paper it says fixed the back and don't touch the front! I said what!?! I never once told anybody DONT touch the front with!?!? She then calls the manager lady over and tells her. Manager grabs the hat and takes it over to the steam. Then ask me as I was telling her the front I wanted it straightened up and flattened out a little. The back looked fixed and fine. But the front definitely wasn't fixed. It also looks like a blackish stain on the front right was now there. As well as still crooked. And the crown now looks pushed in at the front top. Absolutely horrible. The crown also looked squeezed. The manager starts to steam it. And then says there's not much else they can do. I try to explain how I want the right side more flattened out.she gives me more excuses as to why she can't fix it. I then ask or say something about the crown. She refused to touch the crown. Said she didn't want to break it. She hands me the hat after steaming it for a min. I then say see how it's crooked.. trying to show her. She took it back. More excuses. I said oh forget it and left. I then go to Cavender's. Where I should have went to begin with! Instead of 3 times with no luck to Boot barn. The Cavenders man grabbed the hat. I explained one time what and how I wanted it. Within 5mins, he fixed it. He said I also fixed the crown! I forgot to tell him even about the crown. I was like holy cow! I should have went with my first feeling and went to Cavenders to begin with man. And he was the only one working the customer service desk! As I walked in he said hello anything I can help u with! While checking out customers. I told him here to fix hat. He said I'll be over there in just a moment. He checked out a couple of people and then came straight over and helped me. I was in and out within no time. And not once felt ignored! And got exactly what I asked for. Wow. It was such a big difference. Never again! read more

I absolutely love this store!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly!! I got a text saying my items came in and where at the store. I completely forgot about it. Then at 8:50 I called the store and told them that I needed to pick up the items my husband needed the work boots that I had ordered for work the next day and that I live 10 minutes away. The manager said for me to come on over and to drive careful. I got there and they greeted me friendly and gave me my items!! Thank you so much Bootbarn!!! Love u!! read more

I went to Boot Barn to get a pair of Dress Jeans for our VFW Convention. I originally ordered the wrong size. I returned the original pair and immiediately ordered a new pair in the correct size. When I ordered it said 2-6 Business days. I was notified the next day that is would not arrive until 25 February. That would be to late. Contacted Customer Service to see what was going on. I informed them that I was very concise in my questions that I posed to the sales staff at this location. I was informed that they were incorrect. Said I would be returning the Jeans. That said I was too late in the process. They were already sent to my house. Problem is I ordered in store pickup. I reached back out and I was told I should not worry because my jeans would be delivered 16 February. This is where you play the cricket chirping sounds. It is late night 16 February and no notifications all day about delivery to my home or the store. If anyone would like to see the emails I would be happy to share them with anyone in management at this store. I ordered my second pair in store on your kiosk with the help of an associate. She to read the delivery time promised. I guess you need money more than repeat customers. The second email reassuring me derailed me from shopping elsewhere to get the pants I need.
