    What to improve? Everything with their customer service. Did not acknowledge us at all. When helping us they seem annoyed. Sorry to say, but sorry I wasn't wearing designer clothing...they prob would have been nicer to me if I did. Not cool.

    My doc sent me here for shoes to help with my foot issues. I'm old, out of shape and was very intimidated going in. Tina put me at ease immediately. She helped me pick from several shoes the podiatrist had recommended and paid attention to how I walked in each. Were it up to me I'd have picked the first pair but turns out the 3rd pair were the charm! I love my new shoes and socks. I even got some Birkenstocks! My guy got outfitted nicely as well. All around a top notch experience!

    I was greeted as soon as I came In and was helped by Maureen who pulled multiple shoes that fit me properly and were super comfortable! I knew nothing about shoes or my foot and she made sure to put me in a pair that would work best for me! I'm so glad I came here and not anywhere else!

    The rib was referred here by her Physical Therapist to get shoes that would help with her Achilles rehab. We don't run...at all, so we would never have found this gem otherwise. Tina was great helping get my wife into a shoe that she felt very good about. Yes, it was pricey, but if it helps her be more stable and prevents further injury that's good with me. Admittedly, not being a runner, I don't know much if anything about their needs. If you are a runner and have never been in here, you may want to check them out. They have a lot of things other than shoes. I guess you would call them accessories for runners. In the remote possibility I ever become a runner (ahahhaha) I will come here to get decked out.

    If there were zero stars this place would get it. JUST BAD!…read more Worst embroidery work I have ever seen and worst customer service experience of our lives. We had never seen an owner of a company have a temper tantrum in the middle of his own store before. Now we have. We went in for a simple embroidery on a graduation sash. We met with the owner, Sam, and left after a 30 minute consultation with all the specific colors, size and etc. planned out. We picked up the sash the next day and once we got home we found the wrong thread colors, the school logo was off center, wording was not legible. Just terrible work. Mistakes happen. We contacted the store and had a long conversation about what was wrong and the employee said to bring it in from them to fix. I personally dropped the sash off to Sam's assistant the following day. Everything was prearranged prior, so no instructions were needed or given at the time of drop off. Almost a week after the first drop off, we came back for the 4th time. We examined the sash and found that they had only fixed one tiny letter!! The thread was still the wrong color, letters weren't actually letters just squiggly lines, just bad! We spoke to the Owner, Sam, yet again as to why they didn't repair the sash correctly. He began by telling us a story that simply didn't happen. Once that fell apart, Sam began to blame us for the mistakes that they had made. Now this is when Sam got really mad and began screaming like a child in the middle of his own store! The owner of a company does not behave this way. Normal people do not behave this way. Sam, you need to own up to your mistakes and fix the problem that you created.
