    Wonderful and attentive service by Matt today. He really helped me by listening to my concerns and selecting the right shoe for daily wear. As I wear an orthotic, I am very limited with what I can wear, but he assisted with a New Balance model that works great with my insert! Please extend my thanks and appreciation to Matt for the excellent job and great customer service he provides. I feel like a new person and love the modern style! Matt is a knowledgeable and super friendly guy!! Go ask for him if you visit here, you will not be disappointed.

    My husband and I are VERY pleased with the great services we got few days ago at this store. We went to return our inserts that I had overlooked in my car for returns...we only wore them for 2 days. I told the lady I would like to get store credit if possible. Come to find out we were just a few days late after their "due date" for returns. She said she was sorry while pointing to the policy rules on the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager. He said it was not a problem and while he was checking the inserts, giving us credit my husband told him about his shoes giving him pain on the top of his feet as well as the bottom feet too...he decided to remove the shoe laces and he felt so much better!!! He loved them but of course they were flopping off/on when he walks but he didn't care because they were so comfortable. The manager told my husband that he probably would benefit with wider shoes. We thanked them for their services and said we will be back. We were just right outside the store when my husband said "why don't we get a wider shoe now". I hesitated to ask, but then I agreed with him...we went right back in and asked if they had a wider pair. Manager looked it up and unfortunately they didn't but he found one that was similar. He explained that they had to order it and it will not be available until possible after the new year. We were okay with that and so now we can't wait. Finger crossed!!!

    If there were zero stars this place would get it. JUST BAD!…read more Worst embroidery work I have ever seen and worst customer service experience of our lives. We had never seen an owner of a company have a temper tantrum in the middle of his own store before. Now we have. We went in for a simple embroidery on a graduation sash. We met with the owner, Sam, and left after a 30 minute consultation with all the specific colors, size and etc. planned out. We picked up the sash the next day and once we got home we found the wrong thread colors, the school logo was off center, wording was not legible. Just terrible work. Mistakes happen. We contacted the store and had a long conversation about what was wrong and the employee said to bring it in from them to fix. I personally dropped the sash off to Sam's assistant the following day. Everything was prearranged prior, so no instructions were needed or given at the time of drop off. Almost a week after the first drop off, we came back for the 4th time. We examined the sash and found that they had only fixed one tiny letter!! The thread was still the wrong color, letters weren't actually letters just squiggly lines, just bad! We spoke to the Owner, Sam, yet again as to why they didn't repair the sash correctly. He began by telling us a story that simply didn't happen. Once that fell apart, Sam began to blame us for the mistakes that they had made. Now this is when Sam got really mad and began screaming like a child in the middle of his own store! The owner of a company does not behave this way. Normal people do not behave this way. Sam, you need to own up to your mistakes and fix the problem that you created.
