About 10 minutes before closing, an employee (a Black woman working that evening) rudely said, "Alright, you have to go to the register if you're even going to buy anything; if not, you need to get out. We're closed." I was dressed nicely, quietly shopping, and causing no trouble, so her attitude was completely uncalled for. What's worse is that, I felt discriminated against because I was speaking both Spanish and English to my spouse, as if she assumed I was "just another immigrant" who might cause trouble--which I am not and even if I was, she shouldn't be acting in such a way. I understand holiday shifts can be stressful, but there's no excuse for this behavior. I prefer the Forever 21 location in La Cantera much better than this one. So I thought, let me look at the running shoes but in display they only had the whiteish and pink. Then Matt says the magic words "we have them in black" which was perfect because I can actually used them for work. It took him a good 15-20mins of looking for the right size in the back but he found it and saved me an extra trip if I had order online. While waiting, the other team members kept checking in on me and even offering options to check other stores or order online and just making conversation. Overall, fantastic team and this is the store you definitely want to shop from.
