Customer service is so important in small business settings such as this because it can really make or break your store. As soon as I walked in, I was overwhelmed with how much stuff there was everywhere. They have everything from clothes to purses to watches and shoes. There are signs with stuff placed in different categories. The lady working was very nice and helpful with all the questions I had. I wasn't able to look through everything because I ran out of time. They had a 60% off winter rack which was awesome! The one thing I was disappointed about was how much things were. I understand they are name brand stuff but TJ Maxx and Marshalls also have name brand items that are cheaper and never used. I was happy with the couple things I purchased.
