Long story short, the very nice and patient sales lady helped us find the proper size and color suit, vest, pants, shirt and tie, and everything cost us a third of what it would have cost us at the other stores! We would have gladly paid double what the store charged because the customer service was exceptional and amazing. Thank you Pheroni and the very helpful sales lady (whose name we did not get) for making my daughters first experience at prom clothes buying a memorable one.

While paying, I expressed interest in applying for their credit card, but the cashier informed me that she could not assist me and implied that it would not be worthwhile unless I frequently shop there. I found her response to be judgmental, particularly as I was dressed casually and without makeup. I felt that she made an incorrect assumption about my ability to afford shopping at Express. I am only sharing this review due to the subpar customer service I received. And I didn't get her name or tried talking to her manager. I just left. But she was young and had copper color hair.

Once I got in line I was immediately off put by the cashier( a young lady with a tattoo on her forearm) she did not greet me or call me up next she simply stared at me, she seemed very annoyed with the business of the store or as if she was not happy to be there or interested in helping the next customer. I informed her I had some shoes set up here for me, a pair of Nike air forces and Jordan's. ( my first time buying Jordan's(I was unaware of the name of the shoes and the size because I had to size up or down). After the confusion I asked to retry on the shoes to confirm before purchasing and she seemed annoyed and said "okay you will have to step aside to help out the next customer in line" and only handed over 1 of the shoes out of the 2 i was purchasing. I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. He then asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card and helped me purchased said shoes without having to reform a line. I felt more confident with my purchase after his help. There are plenty of shopping options to choose from, and I appreciate the value and selection available throughout the mall. One thing I tend to avoid is purchasing from the kiosk vendors. They can be very persistent when trying to make a sale. During one visit, a vendor referred to me as "Mexican." While I wasn't personally offended, I would prefer to be addressed more professionally, such as "ma'am" or simply as a customer. The service at Victoria's Secret is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently have a great selection of clothing and perfumes that I enjoy. Overall, it's a nice mall with a good variety of stores and shopping opportunities.

However, as my niece and I were getting ready to leave, the manager asked if we couldn't find anything. I politely replied that we were still looking. As I turned around, she apparently thought we weren't paying attention and mocked us behind our backs. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We tried to speak with another store associate about what had happened so we could address it, but the manager disappeared into the back, seemingly avoiding any confrontation. The associate informed us that she was the store manager and that there wasn't much they could do because of her position. They also mentioned that this behavior isn't unusual and that she treats employees the same way. No customer should feel mocked while shopping, and employees shouldn't have to work in that kind of environment either. Management should be setting the standard for professionalism and respect not doing the opposite. Very disappointing.
