So this Kohl's was certainly a mixed bag for me, due to having some issues yet having some good things going for it. Parking is easy to find in the large and free parking lot. There are two main entrances on two different sides of the store, so customers can pick which parking lot and entrance works best for themselves. Unfortunately, only one of the entrances has checkout registers at it; the other doesn't have any registers close to the door like it did before the big makeover. I was looking for men's khaki pants and dress shirts, and, after looking through many of the shelves, I would hate to conduct inventory in these departments. With the khaki pants, they were all on the shelves that contained the same brand. The styles (slim fit, straight fit and classic fit) were all mixed together, making it necessary for me to look through every single pair of khaki pants for the size and style that I wanted. I found two in the exact style and size that I needed. It was worth taking that time because of the good quality and price for them. The same everything-all-mixed-up thing happened when I was looking for dress shirts in a different part of the store, only I didn't find anything in my exact size, but I thought the prices were high anyway, and the quality of the shirts was just ok. Overall, the store looked clean and organized, but I found that the styles of clothing in the men's departments were mixed together, causing a time-wasting situation for customers looking for their specific style. read more

I'm in line writing this review. It's 9a on a Saturday. I have been in like for the past 15 minutes because there are two of the slowest cashiers I've ever seen in my life on the register. There cannot be a reason on earth why they take so long to check people out. They redid the check out portion of the store and should have just added self-check out. Night clothes for homecoming for my twins. Everything went great. Only negative is that they weren't very economical. Spent over $700. Nothing was on sale and they don't always have Kohl's bucks. If I needed help that might would have been a concern l, but since I was walking around just seeing what the store had to offer it was fine. Rebekah has a major attitude. Very unfriendly and the poorest customer service I have ever received in Atlanta. Clearly she does not work well with people and should not be cashiering but in the back away from people. She refused to acknowledge me as a customer by speaking, rang my order up wrong and acted like I should just accept her mistake and didn't have the decency to apologize. I asked for a manager to fix her mistake and Cherise, not only fixed her error, she also recognized that there needs to be more customer service training with Rebekah. She really turned a bad experience good and she should be recognized. If it wasn't for your manager, I would have demanded a refund. Cherise your manager is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Please stop hiring people who do not know how to deal with customers in customer facing positions. They will have your company bankrupt in no time. I have been to this Kohls before, and its alright. Today I don't think I'll come back. Tried on a pair of shoes, pleasantly surprised it cost less than at DSW. I got to the register and an old lady who looked like a witch with glasses (perfect fit for October 31st) was so unhelpful and rude. The shoes rang up as $59.99 + tax, but the price online stated $47.99. I asked how I could get that price and she said I needed a coupon. I said I have never found a Kohls coupon online before how do I do it, she just stared at me and my phone and said "You'll gonna have to figure that out on your own". I left and went straight to DSW in the same plaza, had a lovely employee there help me find a coupon on my phone and I got the shoes even cheaper than at Kohls. Not shopping here again. read more

I'm not a regular Koh's shopper but I came in the other day with a friend whose daughter wanted to get some summer items. I have to say for teen clothes they have super cute stuff that aren't too too short or to risque. Plus their prices are easy on the budget so for a family of 4 you can get a lot for your buck...plus I am told they send out super generous coupons out periodically. The shopping center is super busy and parking I imagine can be a challenge on the weekends...otherwise we were able to get what we needed and get on with it...thanks Kohl's. read more

When I treated with her, she talked with me, she gave me some attitude she makes me feel like she is more than me and that's not how you supposed to be treated at a store and I'm also disappointed in the way that she treat her employees. I needed to rerun a couple of items that I had bought at the store a while back and did not get a chance to go to the store. It's a Kohl's, so you already know what to expect. This is the only place where I buy my pants. The sizes are plentiful and there's always a great sale going on. From Haggar to Docker's and even their store brand, Kohl's prices are just great. I've never had any customer service issues at this location (although I've never had to do a return). I would give this location five stars, but there's one issue that I cannot escape. I deal with it every time I come here. There simply has to be a better way of organizing the pants. Larger sizes (pants only) are often on the bottom of the shelves. Due to the manner in which the pants are labeled and folded, it's difficult or- as I found out yesterday- impossible to see the sizes unless one gets down to the floor on hands and knees. In that position, one can actually lift the irrelevant pants out of the way to see what the other sizes are. It's not comfortable and for those that may already be anxious about shopping in public, it's just too much to bear. There has to be a better way that doesn't compromise the shopping experience. read more

Overall, this is an ok Kohl's location, but kohl's isn't the best in general. It is organized, for the most part. The boys kids section is like chaos with random clothes mixed up and on the floor. That is understable because young boys are sometimes very hyper. There were lots of East-Cobb snob-moms in workout clothes screaming at their kids. Back to school shopping is stressful, I understand. The bathrooms are very clean, except the soap smells like something dead. Arranged differently from the Kohl's I used to in the Charlotte area but excellent shopping experience. From the way we entered, this appeared to be a front to back reversal from the ones we have locally. Came to realize that they have entrances on both ends and our local ones only have one hence depending on which side you enter, it could appear to be reversed. In anycase, my wife thought my Son's wardrobe needed to be upgraded and while she did not go with me on this trip, I was directed to take him shopping and get new swim trunks and athletic shorts for the summer. Finally talked him into going shopping and we found what we wanted. Granted they did not have many mediums but what do you expect with someone 6' 6" with a 32' waist. A bit hard to shop for but we were successful. Not only did Kohl's have the selection but they are constantly running sales and this proved to be a bargin. One pair on Nike Swim Trunks and one pair of Nike Athletic Shorts for just over $50 and a coupon good for $10 on a future visit. He's happy and I made my wife happy so that makes me happy as well. read more

Big fan of Kohl's - especially their Kohl's cash. I had Kohl's cash to spend so I made my way to Marietta. It is not convenient to my house, but I do like the general area. I can combine several other trips with my trip to Kohl's. The store is packed with goods - it can get a little messy in there. The dressing rooms can also be a bit messy. But there are always several great deals to be had as there are alot of items on sale or clearance AND they often have promo codes. A new thing now is that you can return Amazon purchases to Kohl's. I have not had to use this service YET, but I appreciate the partnership. read more

I ordered a vacuum cleaner on kohls.com because the store was sold out. A week later it arrived. The box had been taped up. Upon opening it, it was a used, DIRTY, broken machine! They tried to pass off a horrible return as a new vacuum. This was a gift for my daughter and her spouse, so I was fortunate to have sent it to myself and not directly to them. I can't imagine receiving this disgusting thing as a gift! I returned it to the store and did not even get an apology. I called Customer Service to report it and was told they'd pass it along. Just the other day I got a coupon in the mail for $10 off any purchase of $10 or more... found an awesome pair of Vera Wang Jeans on sale for $10 ( marked down from $58)...my cost * drum roll* : absolutely FREE!!! Plus they always have great clearance up for 80% off! So if you have the time to dig through the racks it's definitely worth it. I love the Vera Wang and Elle collection there, but just wait if you see something, because more than likely you'll eventually get it on sale. read more

It'll do in a pinch for the odd socks or belts, or a pair of shorts, but honestly the merchandising is so haphazard on sale and clearance items, good luck finding a quality, brand-name keeper lurking there. More importantly, recently it seems to me that the shoe prices have gone through the roof for anything not on a special sale. Most everything seemed to be list or near to it with far, far more shoes in the $75 range than I ever remember. When you have kids plowing through shoes every few months, that is a non-starter. Ladies beware. I was in the womens fitting room at this location in east cobb trying on clothes (with a door that had a broken lock btw) when i heard a male voice . I dressed and leaned out of the dressing room and a 40 something man with a 12-14 year old girl walked out of one of the dressing rooms and proceeded out the fitting room door, right past the Kohls attendant and myself. I asked attendant what Kohls policy was regarding men in th womens fitting room...she seemed unknowledgeable and just as stunned as I was. I proceeded to checkout and asked several other attendants who were all shocked. Coincidentally the man and young girl walked past while I was talking to sales associate. I asked the man Why were you in Womens Fitting Room and he seemed to have a odd deadpan, out of it effect about him. Then he said He didn't know it was the womens fitting room...which btw was in the Women and Girls department....and he proceeded to walk out of store with the girl. I later called the store and spoke to Asst. Manager, Steve who informed me that it is Kohl's policy that they "cannot forbid any man from entering the Women's Fitting Room". I told him Kohls should have a big sign plastered on the front of the store so that women are aware of their policy of allowing ANY man at ANY time (And evidently for Any reason) into Women's Fitting Room, No Questions Asked. The creepy factor of a 40 year old man in a womens fitting room And dressing stall with a 12-14 year old girl, is simply disturbing, whether or not this was his daughter...not to mention the mans strange affect and demeanor. Evidently Kohls is unconcerned with women and girls safety and I have cancelled my account and will never enter another store. read more

This place always seems empty - a ghost town. It is also HUGE. They have great products, and I swear all of it is always on sale. The staff is nice, but I never see anyone until I go to check out (odd). But they are super nice when they check me out. I could never find anything in this store if they did not have 100 signs posted all over the place - so way to go. I have been in many Kohl's and this one is the nicest I have been in. Items are well organized, properly folded and mostly put away (after shoppers put things in the wrong place). All is going according to plan when suddenly you find a nasty black stain on your hand crocheted bolero sweater that is essential to your completed look. You panic and take the sweater to your trusty dry cleaner only to be told it is *gasp* motor oil and it has ruined the cashmere threads of this one of a kind sweater. You are utterly devastated not only because your sweater is ruined, but because your perfect Valentine's day wardrobe is no longer perfect. Quickly you dash back home and start shopping online for replacement (or as close to replacement you can get) bolero sweaters and find-- low and behold-- a comparable one at Khol's. Wow! Breathing a short sigh of tentative relief, you start calling store after store to see if they have the sweater in stock. Expecting shrill, overworked, careless sales associates to answer the line, you are pleasantly surprised to have not one, but THREE attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff members willing to not only look for the much needed sweater, but advise you of other stores that might carry the sweater when they don't have it in stock. Soon you are able to find one in stock and are even more over joyed to be told that the sweater is buy one get one free and comes in several different hues! You put two on hold and dash out the door to complete and save your Valentine's day look! I've never really been an "off the rack" shopper, but with this experience, I am more than willing to give Khol's a less hectic gander one rainy shopping day. read more

We left this store amazed at the bargains we found! We had two large bags full of items - 2 prs of shoes, two prs of jeans, 12 shirts, and a pair of pants for -get this - $112!!! After discounts and one $10 coupon from the newspaper -less than $120 bucks! Now, you have to take some time to go through those rows and rows of clearance items, but it can be well worth it!! Joyce, the cashier, was friendly and personable and made sure the prices were ringing correctly. She reminded me of the expiration on my discount coupon so I could come back and use it again. This was the first Kohl's store that I actually had a sales clerk approach me in the shoe department to see if I needed assistance. That was a pleasant surprise. The location is in a busy strip mall area and somewhat difficult to exit onto certain roads, but for the bargains - well worth it! read more

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. I just had a really unpleasant experience at Kohl's. I have a foot injury and am in a boot. My husband wheeled me around as we tried to look for a Roman shade (which incidentally we could not find). It's not even 10am and the aisles are so narrow that we could barely get down them. I addition, several were so messy (although I admit much of the main store was clean) that we couldn't get thru the aisles. See picture. We had to move stuff out of our way to get down the aisle. When we got to the end there was not enough clearance to get around the end cap. We gave up quickly. I can't even imagine someone who has a permanent disability. It had been a year or so since I last visited this location. The organization and cleanliness of this Khol's has gone completely down the drain. Every section I walked through was cluttered, messy or looked like it had been hit by a tornado. Random clothing from the women's section was jammed into shelves in the men's section. Clothes hanging half off the coat hangers, piled on the floor. Upon trying to locate a sales rep to inquire about a certain type of dress shirt she seemed either completely unaware of what I was talking about, or completely uninterested in helping. Jewelry (if you want to call it that) was missing pieces, stones and some looked broken, yet still on the racks for sale. The layout and design of this Khol's is not only confusing it's counter-intuitive to shopping. The men's department is fractured into 4 or 5 different sections, most not visible from each section. Sales associates (aside from the aforementioned) were absent from every department. I will never come back to this store. The one in Roswell is much nicer, even if the merchandise is marked up 5,000% only so they can mark it back down as a ploy to make you think it's a good deal. Khol's was once a pretty decent retail chain in general. Now it is basically WalMart without the ghetto factor. read more

My daughter & I made a special trip there specifically for maternity & were very disappointed in the small selection of outdated clothing. I don't care what Kohls I go to, the employees are not friendly or helpful at all. I have had their credit card for years and shop here often, but the level of bad customer service is offensive. On today's Chronicle of "Why do I even shop at Kohls"....I was waiting for assistance at the jewelry counter, finally I asked the cashier to call someone and she yelled over to the associate that was just on the otherside; which I did not see and her response to me as she came around was very curt... "Yes". And I replied "Hello, How are you today?" Her response without even looking up was a really sharp "Fine". So now she's at the jewelry counter and just staring at me.... so for a few short seconds we're just standing there staring. I proceed to ask about a bracelet and she's just really bothered that I'm there, and that's evident. So after viewing the bracelet briefly, I handed it back, thanked her and went to the other register to pay for my comforter and other items and left. Why do I put myself through these shenanigans? No one EVER speaks or greets me with a Hello when I enter the store, pass them in the store, go to customer service in the back or even when I reach the cashier to pay..... a simple hello is extremely hard to get here. There are plenty of other companies that would love to take my money and be cordial too. I have complained at least once or twice to management about their bad customer service at several other Kohls....I have experienced this behavior and treatment at no other brand (department store) similar to them in the U.S. It's clear they have no training in hospitality and don't care to. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes online to pick up in store. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size. All I needed to do was to even exchange them. They were out of the size I needed at the store. I was advised by a Kohl's employee to cancel the order and reorder. When I cancelled the order, it was processed as a refund. I had used the Kohls cash from this order for another order ($30.00). They took the $30.00 out of the refund. Also each pair of shoes was $10.00 more when I reordered. They would not honor the sale price I had on the original order. I contacted customer service twice, and all I got was, "We can understand your frustration. There is nothing we can do. We will share your experience with our staff" They pocketed $50.00 from me. I have been a customer since 2002. I am cancelling my credit card and never doing business with this ripoff store again. Had a great experience finding a particular item I had looked for all over town & could only find it at Kohls. To sweeten the experience, it was in clearance for $7, saving me $27! I was lured over to a buy one get one half off deal in the intimates department but could easily see that their bras and underwear were way over priced for the same items available at Walmart & Target and even with the "deal" I wouldn't be saving any money. I got myself a khols account very excited I went to the store, spent 2 hours in the store, when I went to check out they would not accept my khols card, instead khols wants me to email them a copy of my license, my social security card, my auto insurance card and a utility bill. I'm good with giving them this info, but I'm not gonna send it in an email..that is not secure, and I feel unsafe doing that. If khols is gonna want this info, they should be set up and ready to receive that info inside ALL of their stores..where it is safe and secure. By asking your customers to send this in an unsecure way is ridiculous... so I will probably just close this account and move on I guess. read more

I came here to buy cologne. I got in line, which was fairly long, and waited. Then I heard the cashier from the jewelry counter say she could take the next person in line. I walk over there with one other lady. As the cashier is checking her out she looks at me and says she would not be able to help me...okay...I mean...you called me over...but...okay.
