Literally standing in line waiting for 10 min. To do a return. The woman ahead of me had a return and purchased. I am next and there is another register. The cashier tells the woman I am leaving it's 6:00 you will have to take your purchases NOT to the self check out but to the cashier that I am next in line for and need for a return. I ordered shorts online for my husband and they did not fit. I took them back to the brick & mortar store. I had to walk to the farthest corner of the store to return which isn't good for a senior citizen (77). Imagine my surprise to find out the store couldn't credit my PayPal account (where I had paid them). Instead I was offered worthless Kohls cash. I was told two things at the store; one was to request a prepaid label (found out Kohls does NOT provide prepaid labels) and the second was that Kohls online is a different entity from the store. I came home and called customer service. After spending a total of 21 minutes on the phone with a rep we demanded to speak to a manager who said I should ship the items back. I took the items to my local shipper to return and now I'm out $15.50 ($13.00 for shipping and $2.50 for packaging). I will never shop at Kohls again read more

I have always been happy with the fact that kohl's had been looking out for all of those people who had it with online and malls the few past years you kohl's have been there for everyone ! Most of all the woman in the customer service doing returns was awesome she tolk time to help me out and I was able to get full price put back on my credit card after all even though it was a few months back I had bought it but my recipe was so light that it was hard to see what was needed but it all worked out well because of Nari I would like to say THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY RETURN YOUR AWESOME NARI!!!! read more

The exceptional quality shoes and shorts offered from kohl's and other major brands make for a good time spent shopping.

This store is at a good location but I find it to be messy. The clothing section always looks like a cyclone hit it which make it hard to shop or find your size. The space is too tight between the racks. There is a wide variety of items including a few electronics. Kohl's always has sales so you can get decent discounts. I just wish this store were a more presentable. I would probably shop here more often if a little more care was taken to the store appearance. read more

I've been shopping at Kohl's since I was real little, since Ralph's Corner is only 5 minutes away from my house. I've shopped here many times over the years for clothes, shoes, you name it! What I like about Kohl's is the interesting selection of products and the prices I've had gotten many great deals over the years! After spending half a afternoon finding the right size shorts, shoes, slippers, & shirts then stand in line (I have painful sciatica) only because Kohl's mailed me a 30%coupon as encouragement to shop. The coupon I was told isn't for anything from a manufacturer. Got nothing 30% off. Yet some things were marked clearance. Made me wonder how clearance is controlled by the almighty manufacture coupon police. Or does Kohl's bait & switch. Please don't get me telling you about the work boots I wanted and watched at $80 for weeks then coming on the weekend all work boot's are 50% off, suddenly the price changed to $160 that weekend. read more

Not a Kohl's guy, but my wife gets coupons and Kohl's cash all the time. Have to say their deals are not always deals. Somethings get marked up so that they can call them sales at regular price. Definitely not the only place doing that tho. We've found some good stuff here though. The store is pretty well maintained too and everyone in check-out is generally friendly. Open up your fitting rooms already! You have a ton of merchandise to unload and some of it is probably because we can't try it on. There are safe ways to allow customers to try on clothes. Look at Nordstrom, Macy's, AE, etc. read more

I recently lost my wedding band while shopping in the mens' department at Kohl's, Ralph's Corner. Of course, I was very upset. After searching for over an hour on my own, customer service put me in contact with the store manager, Jill. Jill was very helpful and suggested that Tyler, the mens' department manager could help. Even though he was extremely busy, Tyler was very accommodating. He moved several displays in the area and within 10 minutes, he was able to find the ring. I am very grateful! read more

Kholes is a pretty decent retail store. One flaw is their items are overpriced at times, especially near the holidays. On the upside, the after holiday sales are worthwhile. My favorite section is the clearance racks. There are usually some hidden treasures to be found. I have no issues with customer service at kholes and the establishment is generally clean. The parking lot is easily accessible and I never have trouble parking. Overall a good place to shop. read more

Not Mom friendly. I asked if they had carts and was told yes. I go with my toddler and they have these mini carts that have a big sign that you cannot put children in. I go back to the car and bring my own stroller. Then their aisles are not made for strollers. I could barely get down any of them without lots of bumping! I thought it was going to ruin my wheels trying to squeeze by. At this point I had to skip a lot of aisles because of overcrowding or debris. I barely bought anything. To boot I couldn't get my stroller in and out of their doors. This nice woman helped me both times. It was a super frustrating trip. I will not return. read more

I like the stores except the shirts for women they sell. Usually solids, basic, perhaps 100% cotton (not sure). THEY SHRINK!!! I have bought many different color's but then you wash them, they are too small/too short. read more

I've been shopping at the Ralph's Corner Kohls for 10-15 years. Yesterday (02/27/2017), I needed new jeans because I've been working out and cannot fit in my old jeans. I was really excited about needing new jeans, so I went to my favorite Kohls location at Ralph's Corner and went to the checkout line. I was helped by a woman named Heather. To make conversation with the cashier, I kindly asked how she was doing and all seemed to be going well. However, things took a turn for the worst when I told her the reason why I was getting new jeans. Not even missing a beat, this "friendly employee" turned to her friend working the cashier next to her and joked about me needing bigger jeans. The mannerism was sarcastic and the intent was to poke fun at me. Never have I ever thought that an employee of any company would deliberately make fun of a loyal customer for doing something about their weight. I was blown away of the audacity of that employee. I'm taking my shopping elsewhere. This woman needs some more training on customer service. read more
