Still think this Walmart is super dingy and creepy HOWEVER their clothing section offers way more…read morethan the warrington or Warminster locations. The Horsham location has some of the same brands this store carries but they're always out of stock. They're getting one star improvement for their variety of apparel. However the entire apparel team was standing and doing absolutely nothing but talking while the floor definitely needed help. Not good to see that many employees standing - meanwhile one of the presumed managers kept yelling at someone stocking candy at the checkout lanes. Oh and the guest service went really quickly. Not my usual Walmart but if I need clothes I'll be sure to stop here!

Give it less than a one if I could a shame too because many of the employees do try to help you…read more Forst it seems everytimne I go they have moved items so you have to go all over looking for what used to be in one place. Main issue for me are the employees who have told me, on 6 occasions "I dont speak Engli9sh" when I went to ask them a ? (Then there are the few employees who say "look it up on your phpone." I dont use one and shouldnt have to explain that. Anyway I complained to 2 managers more than once about having people on the floor who cant speak english. That is part of their job description. The reply I got, vociferously, and with one manager loudly was "it's dicscrimination " if we dont have them on the floor. I was told this also by someone who called me supposedly the store manager. One of the managers, despite my not saying one racist word, just they need to speak Engliush if theyre working the floor: repeated and loudly, so the other customers and employy in her voice range could hear "they're people, they're equal." I told her I know that, that I think its great Walmart employs people of all ethnicities and nationalities but they need to be able to do the job. I asked owuld you have to hire a lifeguard who admits he can;t swim?" they didnt answer but under their misunderstanding of the word "discrimination" they would have to hire him. I complained to Walmart Ethics, They wrote back they would talk to store manager but I already had and got nowhere (and no apology) This store is the closest to me and easiest of course to use since everything is on one place but they truly don';t care about thier customers or the customer experience. Their managers proved to be unable to understand what "discrimination" is and felt it was fine to try and embarrass a customer calling them out for something the customer didnt do. Shameful (I have eye issue so apologize for typos)
