Kohl's has a good variety of options for clothing and home goods. The store is clean. The prices are fairly reasonable. They generally have sales on a weekly basis. I also like the ship to store for free options. I do wish that you could use their coupons and Kohl's cash for name brand items such as Nike, Adidas, and UGGs. read more

I only go to Kohl's to do Amazon returns, and I wished there signage was more clear. Apparently, at this location, instead of doing returns at the Amazon center, they do it at their customer service center, which is right next to it. I walked by it and was very confused, and only until i walked in, did I see a worker. I also saw a family get confused as well. read more

Store was a mess, bathrooms were disgusting (green stuff was floating in the soap, toilet water on the floor), had to go to Customer Service to check out, because there wasn't a register near my exit and the other was backed up. No sales people on the floor, except to go in and out of their stockroom (be careful being near there, they slam the doors open without looking). Haven't been impressed with KOHLS in years. read more

I placed a hold to day before and they put it on hold for me and took my name and I live far away but when I drove out to pick up and buy the hold, they said they don't have it. I placed a hold and expecting them to have it ready for me to check out. The employees only sad sorry like they didn't care. I wasted time and gas. Worst experience. It was a pleasure to meet James Jackson at Kohl's, he was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and very patience with us. We noticed 4 lounge chairs online with a lower price than the store price. James took time to listen and explain in detail, why the chairs were higher in the store. James fullfilled and matched the price for the lounge chairs. James was concerned that we were satisfied and made sure we were happy before we left the store. Maya was completely rude when I called in to ask about an order I made online. She told me to call back in a couple days and then told me she did not know what to tell me when she did not have an answer for me when it says it would be ready today. When I asked for her name she whispered it and then I asked her to spell it and then she barely even did that long enough. Then hung up on me when I asked for the manager! I have now been on hold for 11 minutes just waiting for the manager again. When he finally did get back on the phone he found the order just like that.. Worst location. My mom hadn't gone into Kohl's in a long time so she gave me her coupons and rewards card and told me to go get some summer stuff. After two hours and well over $300 worth of stuff Anita at the check out wouldn't let me use the rewards card or coupons my mom gave me. I told her it was my moms (we have the same last name to prove it) and that I would pay with my own credit card I just wanted to use the coupons. She told me I couldn't use the coupons because it was not my own rewards card. The manager put my clothes on hold and my mom will have to take a special trip up to Kohl's just to purchase my items. My name not being on the rewards card has never been a problem at the location by my mothers house. We will probably end up canceling the Kohls card because I'm the one that uses it the most. read more

This Kohl's is friendly and has fast service. The store is a little disorganized it seems but you will find what you are looking for!

Hurried over to this store on Thursday night to return something but they closed. I got there at exactly 8:01 pm, one minute after they close, the doors were closed. The manager lady even walked up to the door as I was standing there momentarily looking in, she walked up to me to stare at me with angry snake eyes and mask pointed to their hours sign on the door. Ghee what the Covid does to people. They even closed off the front entrance so you can only come in through the side. Like the side entrance won't hurt you and actually it just crowds you more, by herding in and out at same entry and exit. read more

Miserable E. Indian older female cashier is very rude, slow, doesn't communicate well on purpose, unfriendly, & SNAPS in anger if you ask if she applied the coupons or % - I had to tell her about! If it's a special % off day, cashiers should automatically give it! Wears mask below her nose, then coughs & handles your merch with her germy hands! No hand sanitizer or Kleenex?! Never thanked or nice comment. CS is hit or miss. Returns are 180 days (which is nice) I returned a jewelry pc at 100 days but the ignorant black CS gal (hates her job) did not know the Return Policy! She scolded me for taking so long to return it! This is the most disorganized filthiest Kohl's I have ever been in. I don't think they ever organize and put merchandise in its place. You can never find anybody to help you find something because of the disorganization. It is so frustrating to shop in the store that I am going to quit going there all together. Worst customer service ever. Stood in the specific line with a clear arrow on the floor saying amazon returns. Finally get to the register after waiting for awhile and the gentleman says oh sorry you're in the wrong line, you will need to go to the other line (which by now is 5 people deep). When I pointed out the arrows labeled on the floor he just said oh sorry. Then later when I asked for a manager the cashier pointed at the same gentlemen. I'm not sure where to begin, but here it goes...This is for the Frisco store. This store is a MESS! Especially around the customer service area. Clothes/items piled on the counter so much it looks like a teenagers closet. The lady working at customer service needs a new position or retraining. She displays an image of "Why are you bothering me". No smiles...nothing...even when greeted respectfully. It seems no one from Kohls even reads these reviews based on the amounts of the same bad reviews posted. So make your own choice of which store to go to. It was about 30 minutes to closing when I witnessed three individuals all in different parties/friend groups walking around boldly without a mask. When a manager asked how I was doing, I asked him why no one has said anything to the people parading around the store as if we were not in a pandemic and he said 'all we can do is ask them to put them on' if they refuse there is nothing that can be done. Asked for the manager to see if she could price match an online price, she said no. I asked if she wanted to look up my purchase history to compare prices, and she said no. She was very unwilling to work with this Kohls customer. I started to sing a song as I left (as I usually do while shopping), and she asked me to leave the store because she found the song offensive. I told her it was an actual song by The Brothers Johnson ("Get The Funk Out Ma Face") and she said the other customers don't need to be hearing such foul language. I left the store. If she wants to hear foul languague, perhaps she may want to give a listen to Jay-Z or Snoop Dogg. I won't be shopping at Kohls for a while, if at all. This location has gone to the dogs and the staff are very unfriendly, as if they're being overworked and underpaid. What a sad and depressing experience to shop at Kohls in Frisco, Texas. This location definitely needs a new manager, because the current one has the store disheveled and disorganized. Please, bring back a manager like you had around 2000. Oh gosh, this place just doesn't do it for me. Poor customer service. Prices are marked down in the closeout rack, then they get marked back up at the cash register, then they add the (30 percent off) coupon. Very sly number shifting going on. I know I'm insane, but I decided to venture out for the Black Friday shopping madness to see if I could snag a few (or several) great deals. After all, I adopted a Salvation Army Angel this year so my dollar needs to stretch further. When I walked in, all I could hear and see was chaos. The alarm sensors were going off, the check-out line was almost a mile long, kids were tearing through the store unattended (or poorly attended), and all the goods seemed to be in disarray. Granted, it was Black Friday. I managed to shimmy my way through the juniors section and found some clothes for my angel, I tried to find a good winter coat but I didn't have any luck with that item, I picked my way through the socks and undies to find the right sizes... and it took a lot of searching. Finally, when I was ready to check out, my cashier was off in her own little world. She looked like she had just come off a double shift at a hospital with no sleep in over 36 hours, she talked like a zombie and she left the sensor tag on the jeans I purchased. I understand that it was Black Friday, so I'll excuse the behavior and disheveled store appearance. A lady I work with told me that the best time to hit up Kohl's and find the best deals is after their advertised sales. Good to know! read more

Spoke to an associate-"all fittings rooms are indifferently closed, you can buy the clothes, take them home, try them on and bring back what you don't want". I had the wrong address on my account and even though items were not shipped, they would not cancel or change the ship to address because the system is to big. Supervisor's were not helpful at all. Normally I'm all about good reviews for local eateries but this is the one exception where I had to share my horrible experience at this Kohl's store. I don't know if this store just has bad management or they just let anyone with a pulse work there but no matter what time of the day you go there is clearly no one that takes pride in what they do. I dare you to go into that store and try to find a pair of shoes or anything for that matter the place always looks like a hurricane just blew through. Had to wait in line over 45 minutes to return three shirts. At this point it's all about the principle of the whole situation I've already invested so much time that I have to see this through And that's just the beginning! being the kind person that I am I figure hey just do the simple return and I will check out at a register at my own convenience with my new items to help expedite the return line as it was super long. Once I finally get to the register the person at check out clearly had no idea what she was doing and had to ask a coworker every minute how to do something. If you have to ask someone that many questions clearly you should not be out on the register helping customers you should just hang back for more training. The icing on the cake for all of this is that after spending the qualifying amount to earn the Kohl's cash my wife and I didn't receive any Kohl's cash at that point so much time has been wasted that will never get back we just said screw it and will never come back again! This is one of those situations I really wish they allowed you to enter negative stars. Avoid this place at all costs you have been warned. read more

Terrible store and customer service. Tried to shop on Tuesday, October 22 around 1:00 PM. Very hot in the store but more annoying that the app wasn't working and since customers are encouraged to use the app to avoid coupons cutting and paper a Kohl's cash, I had no access to my rewards, discounts, etc. Some of the employees were experiencing the same issue but didn't pass the info on to anyone who may be in a position to get answers. I asked for a manager hoping for some useful advice but none was offered except "it's technology" and wait here while I try to call someone. 10 minutes later I was out the door empty handed and frustrated by the poor effort at service a customer with all of my Kohl's cash and rewards safely LOCKED in my wallet. read more

I was shopping for a few last-minute gifts with my spouse at Kohl's in Frisco on Christmas eve. After browsing around for half an hour, we were lining up to check out. While waiting in the line at the front of the store, my spouse went to the jewelry counter to purchase a scarf she had picked up at the table next to the jewelry counter. There were multiple associates behind the counter to assist the customers but there were less than 3 patrons shopping for jewelry. My spouse, who happens to be black, was in a line behind a white Spanish speaking customer that was being helped by the associate, Maria C. After ringing up and conversing with the Spanish speaking customer, she wished him "Feliz Navidad!" and my spouse, the next person in line, approached the counter. Maria C. then said, "I cannot check you out, I am here to help people. You'll have to go to the line up front." My spouse simply stated, "You just checked the man in front of me out. I got this item at this table right next to the jewelry counter. Why can you not check me out?" She continued to tell her that she was there to help people and not help my wife. My wife was patient and simply reminded Maria that she had just checked another gentleman out, that she (my wife) only had one item, and was not accepting her excuse of 'helping people' when there were no other patrons looking for assistance with jewelry. Eventually, Maria relented and said, "Ok. I will just take care of this one item." Maria was terse throughout the entire interaction and when my wife said, "Thank you so much. Merry Christmas!" Maria's response was, "Uh huh." While this conversation was taking place, three other families lined up behind my wife. The first family was an older white couple, the second family was a black couple with a teenage daughter, and the third family was a young black couple in their 20's. After my wife was done, Maria then immediately engaged the older white couple in friendly demeanor and was exceedingly kind and helpful but told the black families that were next in line that she could not help them. After checking out the white couple in a very friendly fashion, she walked away from her register and left the two black families standing at the counter with no help. When I saw this, I immediately asked to speak to the manager who was very kind and receptive. He stated that behavior was entirely unacceptable and that he would review the 'theft prevention video' to confirm and potentially take action. We will see if this blatantly discriminatory behavior is appropriately addressed. read more

I went here shopping for my 11 year old daughter and here's the scoop! The cloths for "Tweens" is spot on age appropriate and not too crazy in price. They had plenty of clothes in every size and actually had tidy racks and dressing rooms! (OMG say WHAT?!) My purchase was 45.00 so I was only 5 bucks away from qualifying for Kohls cash and you know what...they gave it to me anyways :) LOVE IT :) read more

This store is smaller than some other ones I have been in and it feels clean and mostly organized. Returns are easy even if you don't have a receipt, just get store credit. I don't really shop in department stores but it's like everything in one place minus a supermarket. I went in looking for tablecloths and baby items. Basically, I can see how difficult it is to keep the store tidy and neat. There's so much inventory and not enough space for it all. Everything is crammed into every open spot available so it's difficult to go through racks if you're brave! I don't really like browsing through racks or digging through stuff. I felt like the department store threw up. There was baby stuff all over the place, even the floors. I took one look at it all and it overwhelmed me. However, I did find awesome deals on tablecloths and Christmas table decor that I was really excited to get! read more

This is a good location. A lot better then others I've been to. The customer service is good. Any time needed help whether currently in store or picking up online order I haven't had a problem. If I was doing returns I haven't had a problem. Long lines can be common here at times especially on holidays, but t doesn't bother me. I carve time out expecting that just in case just as I would do with any other shopping. The quantity and quality of products here is great. Prices are great on many things and of course like anywhere else some things you can find better deal if you are willing to go to another store. read more

Worst Kohl's ever! I will be emailing or contacting corporate to see if I can get some answers about an incident that happened yesterday. Why do I need to open an account if I only have 24hrs to use the extra percentage off that comes with opening a new card? Nowhere did I see a date for that extra percentage as they advertised 35% off for your first purchase using a new Kohl's card. The coupon even went through at the register and the associate told me that they still would not honor it, meanwhile a lady at the register next to ours was given a 20% off coupon to use. We had an ice storm that caused you all to be closed and I couldn't use my coupon at home without any power to get on the Internet and shop. Why not make an exception for for natural disaster that neither of us could control. Their policies are so inconsistent. Way to welcome new card holders!! I won't return to this Kohl's!! read more

THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR THE MANAGER. I came in today to buy a black pair of jeans. There was a sign that said $29.99 on sale. Then 4 rows of skinny Levi's. I grabbed mine and went to check out. It rang in as $38.00. The lady working the desk was super impersonal, and cranky. The manager I guess saw me Walk off to take a picture of the price. I came back and explained to the lady that the sign advertises 29. She stated, "mam their not cropped." Okay yes understand. But there is not ONE pair of crop jeans on that shelf! The manager came over and apologizes and says I will take care of it for you. He honors the displayed price. He knew they were at fault for not changing this. I know this bc he had a staff member immediately change it after he brought it down to 29 for me. I applaud the manager over at this location. The cashier here needs to work in the back room.
