Really!!! I would lose it if I worked here. Freaking lazy customers.
Juan Q.

Why is it that customers are lazy. You get something and dont want it, PUT IT BACK WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM. Stop being lazy and entitled. Not that you would but put yourself in the person that has to clean up after you. You lazy sorry excuse of humanity. No shame. Props to you employees that put up with crap. I use to work at a retail store for 13 yrs. Dont miss it. I once had a customer tell me, "I'm sorry you have to work on Thanksgiving it isn't right ". I just smiled and told her thank you for supporting us on Thanksgiving. I think she was to oblivious to what I ment by it. Stupid should hurt...

Arrows directing the lines

Worst customer service ever. Stood in the specific line with a clear arrow on the floor saying amazon returns. Finally get to the register after waiting for awhile and the gentleman says oh sorry you're in the wrong line, you will need to go to the other line (which by now is 5 people deep). When I pointed out the arrows labeled on the floor he just said oh sorry. Then later when I asked for a manager the cashier pointed at the same gentlemen. He just looked at me and smiled with this sarcastic grin. Won't ever be back here for sure.

Kohls stores are never tidy, but this one is probably the most cluttered and dirty one I've ever been to. Yuck!

It's not necessarily worth your time unless they take absolutely everything you bring in. The employees were very, very nice and helpful! The process of selling items was super easy. The store is very clean and tidy, but the clothes are not organized by size making it a little difficult to go right to your size and browse. It looks like it was more arranged by color and style more than anything.

I'm not one to go out of my way to review this but I believe this needs to be said. I've come here…read moremultiple times over the past 10-12 months. I use to sell vintage clothing and offload alot of my stuff here. In the beginning they've felt fair , I don't expect 80-90% but at-least reasonable pricing. It was good margins for my higher end vintage. It felt fair, 175-200$ jackets they buy for 35$-45$. The last two times it's been nothing like this. All tshirts (some worth 300$) lotted up for 5$ , 7$ , 8$ price points. The "unique " items don't exceed 20$. Some I understand but others aren't getting throughly priced. In the past it felt like i was dealing with the managers or more seasoned employees. Now i don't believe so. In the itemized receipt i have about five 100-300$ shirts asking 5-8$ when before I've brought cheaper shirts worth 50$-70$ that I received 10$ for. 200$ (average sales and sold comps) Ungrateful dead shorts got priced for 6$. That's 3% ! That's insane. When seeing the clerk I told him we are too far off. He was frustrated which I get and let me know they don't move vintage as well as other things. Understandable just not at the price points. He did ask me what I wanted for everything , I told him I'll take this else where just cause we were too far off. I do understand his frustration but it took him 20 minutes to price out my 37 items. Which means to me time wasn't taken to actually look at the value of the higher valued items. I had some lower value items mark and detailed as "unique" items , while some expensive shirts were grouped up in "men's shirts" I hope this changes. The beginning experiences I had with these guys made me want to come back again and again. A few times the guys even showed me where they got price points from and explained their process , which I really appreciated. I hope this reaches the right people and this gets fixed. I know there can't be an exact training for these kind of things. But when I use to get offered 25%-30% and now it's 1%-10% it's insulting. I don't think they are trying to pull one over on me, but it just feels like it's unseasoned individuals estimating my order and not taking time to price out what's in front of them. No hate or negativity to the individuals. Business is business and I'd love to come back for future estimates.

Penny, Sears & Roebuck, Inc., all competing with the other vendors, who are vying for a share of the market. Land's' End created value for consumers by using direct mail and the internet sealed the deal. Cheers. Mark C. Fearing, Ph.D.

Swim suit statements relative to retaining color is debatable. I wore a dark purple and hot pink…read moretankini top that faded significantly. For about a year, I participated in aquatic exercises in an indoor pool 2 x week for about an hour each session. I faithfully washed the suit using mild soap right after taking it off and hung it to dry indoors. When I took it back to the store to show them how seriously bad it faded, I was given $20.00. That was an extremely low reimbursement for such an expensive top. I now have (purchased 6 months ago) a black & white striped tankini top I purchased inexpensively from Kohls that is retaining the colors as when first worn. Do not pay exorbitant amounts of money for Lands End swimwear.

Spending lots of time with me to find blazers, pants and shirts/ties if that's what I'm looking for. One time I came in with my wife who just lost her father- we had his rough measurements and the staff member walked us through affordable options - my God he was super accommodating and suggestive of what would work for her Dad. The result is we found a GREAT suit that elevated my father-in-law well beyond his means and ultimately we were blessed to have such a helper who even shed a tear while assisting our search. This wonderful suit was taken to Colombia to a small town where everyone appreciated it and the care given in picking it out. For me, Mens Wearhouse has never failed me. 6' 1" and they have many sizes at the shoulder and waist to choose from. Everyone has been helpful- almost like a personal assistant, genuinely interested in your purpose for coming in. Not sure what other negative reviews are about even having read through them. These people have been nothing but super hospitable and helpful/empathetic to me. And I'm probably not the largest purchase of their day. This is my go-to shop for proper clothing for almost any occasion.

I visited again in January 2026 to…read morereturn one $90 pair of slacks of which I inadvertently purchased forgetting that I had an identical pair already at home. As soon as I entered the store with a small MW bag in hand containing the pants, this gangly, Hispanic woman - mid-50s, short hair with glasses - rushes to the door loudly asking me why am I returning an item and why had I chosen "her" store. I responded to her that I was returning the item, because I could - for one - and secondly, I had originally purchased the item at this store. She continued with her complaints about the return and how she gets tired of people returning items to "her" store, "just because it is the largest in the area and makes the most money". What kind of halfway intelligent person makes such a scene at the front of a store before they even know what was being returned, if the customer preferred an exchange or even wanted to pick up something new during the visit? I guess that Mens Wearhouse doesn't train their employees to understand that if a customer needs to return an item, unused, tags still intact, with the original receipt in hand, they shouldn't be met with obnoxious, unprofessional behavior by a clown masquerading as a responsible professional retailer. Again, I spent $1000 at this store during my December 2025 visit, so a simple return of approximately $90 from the same $1000 transaction should have been handled efficiently and professionally. Just because the customers are buying off the rack at Mens Wearhouse, it shouldn't mean that it is acceptable for the customer service there to be on par with what one might experience at the flea market in a third world country. If you're in Frisco, skip this store, and try ISW, Jos.A.Bank, or elsewhere in Stonebriar Mall - it's better to pay a little more, and actually receive an acceptable level of customer service from quality people.
