This is a great Kohls. I was so excited to finally shop there last week. the store is clean, organized, classy looking: everything a Kohls should be. My only complaint is that the Rock and Republic display is very small. I love the children's section, I was able to find most of what I wanted. They really need to re-stock the Jumping Beans Disney section. I can't wait for the Black Friday sales event. read more

This is definitely the best Kohls in the area. It still has lines like most of the Kohls however they take pride on how the store looks. It's always clean. I've never seen clothes thrown on the floor like the Redlands one. I'm quite impressed with this store and the customer service we have received. read more

The employees sent me in circles for a return of a broken product. Then took away my Kohls cash when I purchased something else because I made a return. The person at "customer device" didn't bother to tell me I would lose my Kohls cash and the person that rang me up said "oh that's to bad" and had no idea how to ring up my wifi discount. Then when I asked why I don't get things from the rewards program she said "oh it should be emailed. Thanks have a nice day." read more

This is my favorite Kohl's store. It is always neat and clean. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for because it's so squared away. I'm especially impressed with how tidy the misses department is. So much nicer than the other Kohl's in the area. Also, the sales associates are helpful and pleasant. read more

Haven't had any problems with this store. Seems to be well-stocked and clean. Took off one star for their prices. I don't like the coupon and Kohl's cash gimmick type thing. Just set your prices how they should be. Took off another star for the dirty parking lot. Haven't noticed it lately but in the past it's been pretty filthy. read more

I bought at least $700 worth of clothing for Christmas gifts here. I asked for some boxes and the associate said the store no longer provides customers with boxes. I talked to the manager Dennis to complain because all the other years I shopped there I was able to get boxes and that was certainly a plus for the store. He said the corporate office decided that they wanted the store to be " environmentally correct". I said eat about the customer satisfaction? I think they just want to save money . read more

I went to buy a pair of earrings and I've never shopped at Kohls for jewelry before. The woman was so rude and clearly condescending to all her customers. She shouldn't be working in this department if she can't handle the influx of customers around her. Very unprofessional. Sheryl did an exchange for me and had very poor and rude customer service. I had to go all the way to the back of the store twice to get an item I needed to return and didn't offer to get someone to get it for me the second time to clarify I got the right item And was rude both times and when I finally came back the last time her attitude changed just cause another employee was around. I work customer service and no matter how awful your day is it's not every customers fault. If you hate your job find a new one. So tired of rude employees when I go shop here. You know that old adage about "judging a book by its cover"? As I stood in line yesterday afternoon I found myself disturbed by the cashier on one of the registers at the south end of the store. She was covered in tattoos, large blue streaks in her hair, popping gum and appearing to pay no attention to the customer she was servicing. I was thinking that this was worth posting on Yelp as I have decided that accepting mediocrity in service as a customer is no longer something I am willing to tolerate. As someone who has been in the customer service business all of my professional life, I strive to make my customers feel appreciated and respected. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong and I am glad I still made my usual attempt to be friendly and respectful to her and I got exactly what I gave!!! Obviously, the person in front of me was more interested in getting through her transaction and out of the store. The young lady was very pleasant and responded to my conversation just as I would expect someone who cares about their customers to respond. She asked if I did or did not want the hangers, asked if I preferred to have my receipt in the bag or place it in my purse...all with a smile on her face. I enjoy shopping in this Kohl's primarily for its close location to my home, but also because they offer as nice a selection as other stores in more populated and higher income areas. The store is always clean and I don't remember actually having an issue with any level of service other than sometimes facing long lines.....good for them to be busy. I don't expect them to staff (other than at the Holidays) to accommodate customers not having to wait a reasonable time. Believe me, I know what labor costs can be. Bottom line, my apologies to that young lady for passing judgment on my initial view of her appearance. I am glad that I approached her with a positive attitude and got one back! I love this Kohls. It's super clean, even in the dressing rooms! They always have the clothes I want in the Lauren Conrad section. The people working there are super friendly. The only downside, since they have great sales, it usually means longer lines in check outs; however totally worth it :) read more

The store is in a very nice area, has a huge parking lot, the store is clean, good customer service, but is very expensive. I found some stuff to be a reasonable price, however most is too rich for my blood. I bought a Keurig coffee maker for $150 than went to Best Buy across the way and saw the same one there for $120! I immediately returned it (with no hassle). read more

Very decent store at the Beaumont location, I'm not that big of a fan but this is one of the better Kohl's in the area. My honey used to work for them awhile back, a couple different stores. I purchased a pair of hiking boots online from kohl's, I was to go hiking in the redwoods with my son and his fiancée, on a Friday I received notice from U.PS. Item out for delivery, never received them, Saturday out for delivery, never received them, Monday out for delivery, never received them, Monday night I call U.P.S. And ask why, they tell me they don't know where they are and will have to start an investigation, now they never called or notified me, I had called them and that's when they told me. Tuesday on U.P.S. Tracking shows lost, investigating, I call kohl's and explain and they see they are listed as lost, I ask if they can send me a replacement and then if found they can have U.P.S. Return the boots to them, nope, no can do, I have to wait for U.P.S. To finish an investigation, I tell kohl's that I'm the customer, why do I have to wait, they can see they are lost and they were even notified by U.P.S. Of the lost status, they tell me I have to wait for the investigation to be completed, I tell that makes no sense, why make a customer wait for who knows how long, from the day I ordered until today it's already over ten days, they tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience, we'll they don't have to worry about inconveniencing me any longer as I will never deal with this company ever again, them not sending me a replacement makes no business sense, I even had to run out and buy a cheap pair of hikes boots until this is resolved. I live two miles from kohl's in Beaumont and ask them to ship me a pair to the store and I would pick them up, nope, no can do. read more

On Saturday around 2 I had the most horrible experience of my life,at the time we were paying at the register we spend $100 dollars so when we were walking out my husband was like 5 steps in front of me walking with my daughters when I saw I big guy talking to my husband telling him stuff as soon as I get close to them he takes my husband in side I ask and follow them what was going on and my husband just told me don't worried I'll be back!! I kept followingin the cause my daughters got really scared and then a second guy comes and tells me not to follow them they take him to a room for about 10 min while we were waiting my 16 year old ask one of the cashiers who were those guys she answered that they were the security store and it was most likely for robbery which it piss me off and I told her that can't be possible ! She should say that to my daughter well when he comes the room he said they take him because he supposed to took one of the sensers from one of the bra that WE PAID and that they wanted to know if he had something on him to remove those sensers they ealso told him that they usually call the cops really? My question is kholes coorperate is this how your undercover shoul treat your loyal customers! Till the day do you guys agree to underestimate a family? Thinking there stilling is it okay to humillante your costumers well I really don't think you care just wanted you guys to give you a heads up that there's something wrong with your system there not doing there job right and if you keep getting still this is the reason ! read more

I first went in a few days ago looking for cosmetics when asked the girl a question about something she had a real bad attitude and only gave me short answers to my question. Fine I bought what I thought was okay because she was no help. I ended up not liking it so I returned it today and she was there again. While I waiting around the cosmetics to return my item I could hear her being very rude to the customer she was helping. So then it's my turn I said "hello" very nicely and got back a "what was wrong with it". She did the return and I said "thank you" I thought we were done so she raised her voice in a rude way and said "you need to sign" I was just trying to get away from her as fast as I could. So I signed and said "thank you" again and started walking away again in a very loud rude voice she said "here is your receipt" I said "oh no thank you I don't need anymore." She slammed her hand on top of the receipt and said "fine then". I walked out of that store as fast as I could. Noone has ever been rude to me in that store. I did get her name but because I do respect people's privacy I won't write it on here. read more

I came to kohls with a coupon that would give you 15% or 20% or 30%. It was a peel one so we didn't peel it off until we got to the check out. The lady peeled it off and then told us we had to charge it to the Kohls Charge Card. No where does it say that until you unpeeled it I am sorry that is bull. Manger was not helpful at all. All she kept saying is that I have to charge it on kohls credit card. This is an invite to get to open a credit card. More bull I am sorry my family does not charge things. If you can't afford it you should not buy it. What a waste of time at kohls. read more

There are so few people working I had to go to the front of the store to even get help. Then when help came to the department she was helping another person. When she helped us we were interrupted twice by customers who also needed assistance. Even though the shoe we wanted to purchase showed there was a pair in the store the sales person couldn't find it. She did locate another pair in Redlands. She was very helpful, but was working hard due to no staff. When we went to check out there was only two cashiers and we waited for 11 minutes behind just 2 people with less than 3 items each. The lady who checked out in front of us was given a $10 certificate to use. She told the cashier to give it to the next customer who could use it. When we checked out I asked if we could have the ladies certificate and the cashier told us no and that she had to give it to her manager. We will not be returning to this store. read more

Very bad service had to walk up to the cashier and ask her to call someone in house wares after wait sometime had to call the store and tell them i was still waiting for someone to help me they page two more times before someone came she told me that the manger was working this area a but didn't feel like coming out to help WHAT a lot of people would love to have her job LAZY. So i asked the girl about a item that was on sale for 15.99 but when i checked the price it was coming up 39.99 she said the displays were 15.99 but they can't sell them because they don't have boxes so if I wanted that item I would have to order it on line she went over to see if she could do that for me no luck it's not on the Web site WHAT.
