This Kohl's store is always clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is definitely something for everyone here. You can shop for your entire family from youngest to oldest. The pricing is reasonable and there are sales often. It is so convenient to have a Sephora on the property. One of the great conveniences for me is being able to do Amazon returns here. The only weird thing is they keep moving that location to different parts of the store. Sarah. Manager? Amazon returns at the farthest NW corner except during certain hours BUT NOWHERE in the store is there any signage that is posting those hours. Proper signage would have enabled me to have just walked to the left of the entrance and stood in line there, but nope. I walked (disabled) to the farthest rear NW corner of the store through all the merch (yep, they're doing this to make sales, in my humble opinion) and then I was sent by a manager that could have helped me at 8:05 pm. Nope she did not...she was abrupt and without sincerity sent me BACK thru the store to stand in line for at least an additional 15 min, possibly more. Two registers were not open as professed to be. And thankful for Patty who was kind and the reason for the one star. Pls think of all your customers including ppl with mobile limits. And put darn signs up for ppl who don't work in your store; we are not aware of your random changes. So random. These certain hours except on Sundays, blah blah blah. Signs are simple and kind. I haven't been to Kohl's in probably an over a year, but I needed to return something from Amazon and Kohl's was the a place. Kohls is ready for Christmas already beautiful decorations. It looks like Christmas is next week. Christmas sales before thanksgiving hard to imagine. The Amazon return area was a little tricky to find, friendly employees guided me . The lady working the Amazon returns desk was fantastic and she was very busy ,unfortunately I didn't get her name. Kohl's sucks. I never shop here, but my wife does and so I have to accompany her to this miserable store. I hate this store for really one reason, long wait times for a cash register. They recently "upgraded" their register line and now have 10 registers. I don't know why though because they only staff them with 3-4 people at any one time. Then to add insult to injury, what few staff are at the registers, Kohl's makes them push their damn credit cards so the rest of us can wait in line longer. Additionally, you now have to do returns and purchases in the same line. What a joke. Now it takes even longer if you have multiple people with returns. I hate this store and refuse to shop here. I still like Kohl's, but only on the online side they have pretty decent prices for the most part they're competitive with everybody in the industry. I stopped coming to Kohl's a long time ago, because most of their business should be done online as it is too hard to find anything walking through these isles on a daily basis when you could just look it up on the app and get it sent to your house . Recently, the staff has not been friendly as they usually were before Covid and I can almost understand that but if you want to bring people in your store and I can only guess how much they sell on a daily basis, you would probably want to be kinder to people as they're walking about . Some of the staff seem to shy away when you ask for their help, but eventually they make it over, and though they are kind, and they usually help you, it almost seems as if it was a burden in the first place. Most of their aisles seem to be a hot mess with items still on the shelf from Halloween and Christmas and the prices are so outrageous. This is the main reason I used to come to Kohl's was for their clearance. Because im a price only shopper, I usually compare prices and they are so far out of the park with their prices. They really don't get my business anymore. I'll still come to Kohl's every now and again to look at their clearance which has items that aren't the best but when you're looking for cheap Nike and champion T-shirts just to wear for jogging, they're usually pretty good just don't go to their clearance rack. He won't find many deals over there. All in all, I still enjoy shopping online for Kohl's so , I'll leave it to online shopping and comparing prices online because going to the store is a waste of my gas and my steps but I do need those steps . read more

To find out not able to return. The check out is now like a Marshall's or Ross. Strand on line for a register to open. Used to be more than 3 on line would open another register. Nothing was in a wrapper and the knives were dirty with water spots. I don't know why... Kohl's is Kohl's and every store should be similar, right? I will have to say I prefer the SW location over the NW location. I noticed their dressing room area is centralized at this one versus the SW one that has a dressing room in close range from where you're at, but that's not all, the SW one is much cleaner. Workers walk around with no care in the world and clothes are thrown everywhere and the pile of clothes in the dressing room remind me of DD's. Yes I went there. Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop at and I was in shock how there's a huge difference from the SW to the NW. I don't know if they get more customers which is why clothes are all over the place, but it's Kohl's people, not DD's. Location is in a nice area that doesn't have too much traffic. There's tons of parking and they have the same deals as any other Kohl's and if you receive their emails then there's usually a coupon you can use on top of your purchase. read more

Went in to get a couple pairs of sweatpants and found two exactly the same except for color ( the same code no.) but noticed they both had different prices. Took them to check out and pointed out the discrepancy and they informed me they wouldn't give both to me at the lower price. So I checked out with the lower priced item and rather than coming up at 40.00 which was on the tag, it came up at 45.00 which was the other ones tag price. Then they said they could not change it to the tag price and if I wanted my money back I would have to return them to get my money back. Not only is this false advertising but the cashiers are not trained in their job. For such a large company you would think they would manage the employees better and at least show up when requested. read more

This is not the Kohl's I usually go to. We ate at Red Lobster so it was more convenient than driving across town. I was not thrilled with this store at all. First of all the young men's department was picked over and what was there was not organized. I heard from a sales associate that they got slammed earlier in the day. So that explains lack of sizes available and why the vans area basically had nothing left. I really didn't find any good sales and prices were not cheap. I kept thinking I would do anything to get Mervyns back. That was the best store in my opinion. Always found great deals and great customer service. I did get help from a girl in the men's department. She was nice and helpful, wish I got her name. Most other associates couldn't be bothered. Dressing room in the middle of men's department was dirty and the big dressing room had pins all over the floor I'm not talking just a couple, they were all over. Dirt and dust on the floors, needed a good cleaning. Also clothes that were tried on by customers just left there. We found enough to get my son through the start of school after about two and a half hours. The lines were huge on both side. We watched a guy get chased from the store by employees and loss prevention. Cashier who was very friendly mentioned that it happens everyday even multiple times. Crazy people!! Just get a job like the rest of us. The loss prevention guys were walking the store earlier and we guessed who they were. Thing that bothered me was my husband was walking down the isle and both guys just kept walking strait towards my husband so my husband had to move out of their way. We think as employees you should be courteous and move to the side for your customers. Well we earned Kohl's cash with this purchase. I think I will go back to the store on Panama. I have shopped at Kohl's for years with my Kohl's credit card. I pay the balance in full every billing period. For the first time I had to call the credit card customer service number at 1800 564 5740. Unfortunately they have outsourced their customer service to India and it was very difficult to understand what the person was saying. I asked if I could be transferred to someone in the US and they hung up on me ! I called back and got a person I could understand somewhat better and got the issue resolved. The reason for my call was that I had paid my bill on the phone a couple of weeks before and the person I spoke with ( Mayra #9377) wrote down my checking account number incorrectly, so the payment did not go through. Kohls - if you must outsource to India or any foreign country please make sure you put competent people on the phone who can speak English clearly and are trained to confirm account numbers. read more

I love this store, you can actually get most anything for everyone in the family and for the home. The coupons for % off and $ off are amazing and then you get kohls cash on top of it. I know it's just to get you to come back and spend more, but hey I get amazing deals. Clearance racks are a bargain, I just wonder where they make any $$. If you apply for a card they will send you tons of coupons in the mail and I use my card then go over to customer service and pay it off that way I get all the discounts. I have had some horrible cashiers. But I do have some favorites who go out of their way to get to to maximize all your discounts. When I get her name I will edit my review. Kohls is typically the last place I shop. It's just not in my rotation of places I frequent. Slowly, thanks to the boyfriend, I've been a more frequent shopper as of late. He happens to love the men's department and they're always stocked shelved of cool and trendy button up shirts. You know, the kids with little random prints of pineapples and cactus? He's into that. The prices are on par with places like Target, if not a little spendier. There are, however, always sales, which can often be the most frustrating part. It feels like a giant game: should I buy now, or later. Will there be coupons? How much of X do I need to buy to save on Y? Unless you're really into figuring out the "deals" to be had, you're better off shopping elsewhere or you'll end up with buyers regret. More often than not I find myself seeing the same item I purchased the previous week on sale for half the price. Depending on the day the store can be clean as a whistle, or look as though a tornado blew threw. Lines are generally several people deep. Kohls is good for last minute finds as the selection is nice. I've been able to count on Kohls for emergency outfit finds. And for that, they get 3 stars. read more

I have been shopping at the NW store for many years now. For myself, my husband and all my kids back to school shopping. I love the prices here. I always order things using my Kohl's app and pick them up at this store as well. I would have given it 5 stars but the only reason I gave it 3 is for a very important reason in my opinion. About 2 weeks ago I went into the dressing rooms in the lingerie department and saw missing panels on the ceiling in there. Who would want to try ANYTHING in there! Its creepy! What if someone's up there watching women in the dressing rooms in there?! Please fix this immediately or close those dressing rooms! Extremely rude cashiers on the afternoon I was there (8/29/19). Very poor customer service skills. When there is only one cashier who has a problem transaction, she should call for assistance when a line starts forming. Instead, after ten minutes still helping the same customer, and no employee seeming to care that there was a line forming, one customer politely asked the cashier if she could call up another cashier. The pissed off look that cashier gave the customer was way out of line. Then the cashier turned toward the service/returns desk and yelled out that a customer wants somebody else there "right now". A few minutes later, another cashier opened, helped one customer, and then the customer who initially asked for another cashier tried to explain to the new cashier that she had not said she wanted another cashier right now and just made a request for help, and she didn't appreciate the way the first cashier had responded. The new cashier, rather than apologizing for the wait, instead defended the first cashier and told the customer that's how they are trained. Really? They're trained to be rude? When I finally got to the new cashier, she couldn't help me because she had to go help the first cashier who was still struggling to complete the same transaction . I commented that it probably isn't a great idea to have someone in training working alone, and the new cashier replied that she wasn't new and told me I shouldn't be so rude. (Sorry, I assumed she was in training because now, 15+ minutes later she still couldn't complete a transaction). Again, rather than apologize for the wait, the new cashier became defensive and rude back to me. When I left the store, the first cashier was STILL trying to complete the transaction after 20 minutes. Most any other retail store I've ever been in, the employees are aware when there is a problem at checkout and step up to open additional checkout stations over other tasks. At the very least, proper customer service skills would have employees apologizing and trying to create a positive interaction rather than being confrontational. And I don't fault the first cashier taking a long time to help someone with a unique problem. Things happen. But the response to that situation was the problem. read more
