I told them i wanted to be there when they did the work. They showed up and did the work without letting me know. I couldn't even tell they did anything because the ribbons they tied on the bushes were still there - until i saw the bushes on the side of my house which were done totally wrong. They were trimmed on the wrong side so now i have a gaping area full of weeds showing but they tell me they are sure they will grow back eventually. They did come back and trim the bushes better in the back and on the side of the house but definitely not worth 1700-now i have to have spot with no grass and weeds i have to now pull.

The crew of 3 aggressively trimmed the maple near my house, a maple toward the back, and ground a stump in front. Following the services, the Forman went over what was done, asking my approval.
