Went on Tuesday for all you can eat wings. The bartender came to our table and took our order. When she brought our food and asked me if I wanted another beer and I said yes. She never brought the beer or came back to see if I wanted more wings. I guess it not all you can eat if can't get more wings. Or a second beer. We celebrated our wedding and retirement at Knuckleheads last Saturday. Had about 100 guests. Scott and his crew were amazing. They made planning and set up very easy. The food was amazing. We sat and waited in the dining area for 12mins. No one came to our table. Two females walk in as we hit 11mins and they were served immediately. Very disappointed. They had 1 bartender doing dishes, the other was talking to a customer. The server was busy mingling. Needless to say we walked out without getting any service. read more

A coworker of mine had been talking up Knucklehead Pub for a couple of years, I've just never had a chance to visit. Today I stopped in with a friend to get something to eat. Upon arrival there were motorcycles everywhere. Parking lot, street, across the street, across the other street. Everywhere you looked there were motorcycles. In my book, that's a good sign. We walked in and the place was busy. It looks like multiple larger groups rolled in together. The bar was full, the dining area was full, the outdoor area was full, but we were lucky enough to find a table. The waitress was pleasant, if not a little rushed. I think she might have been the only one working the floor, as I was paying attention I didn't see anyone else helping her with the tables. I mention this because I'm cutting her some slack. She was never rude, but service was slow. The menu was your standard bar food. Burgers, Wings, sandwiches, etc. They did have a section with specialized Tater Tots. That's right, specialized Tater Tots. Loaded tots with various toppings. My friend got the Drunken Philly Tater Tots. She thought they were good. Me, well my love of hot and spicy food, I ordered the Hell Burger. "Drenched in our Famous Knucklehead Hot Sauce, roasted jalapeno, and smothered in pepper jack cheese. Served with Habanero Relish." This was a damn good burger, great flavor and cooked exactly as I ordered it. As to the heat? That is something you'd have to judge for yourself. I didn't think it was that spicy, but someone who has no tolerance for spicy food might find it too hot to their liking. The decor is motorcycle themed obviously. They have three antique motorcycles on display. It made me feel at home.... not that I keep motorcycles in my house... but maybe I should. Overall the place is a motorcycle rider bar. That's the type of clientele you're going to have in there. Everything from the R.U.B.s, to a couple Threepers. From newbies to old timers. And everything in between. We were up for our first of two nights of camping at Ottawa Lake Campground but it was raining heavily upon our arrival to the campsite. We had seen this place on the way in for our obligatory Spotted Cow stop at the BP and decided to give it a shot. We were all very pleasantly surprised by the quality of Knuckleheads. The place was clean, hopping with happy customers drinking, eating, and playing darts and pool. A real community gathering place for sure with excellent food and service with a smile! The woman who waited our table in the very nice pool and darts dining room was so great. Didn't catch her name, but she is blonde and very attentive and friendly. She was also bartending upstairs but the service was excellent. I had delicious boneless Korean bbq wings and loved them. Liked the sesame seed touch on them, too. My son had chicken strips and fries and said they were pretty good. The others had incredible burgers, traditional wings, and a drunken Italian beef sandwich that they couldn't stop raving about. If you are in the area, you need to stop in for a delicious meal, cold drinks, a game of pool or darts! read more

Great place for good food and drinks in a small town near the campgrounds of Kettle Moraine State Forest. Highly recommend the wings and the Friday Night all you can eat fish fry. Don't go here! Me and my family came here and there were a few bikers that walked in behind us. Me and my family ( about 6 people) walked in and the lady said that we could go find a seat. She proceeded to treat the bikers like royalty. She sat them down and took their order. There were other workers there that saw us and laughed. They didn't come over for about 1-2 hours. She came over and was all like: " what do you want" and no manners, nothing. We told her what we wanted and it took 1 1/2 hours to make it! We weren't ordering a whole buffet or anything crazy! Worst of all, the food was cold. It was loud and trash everywhere. The bikers walked out and we were still waiting for he to come over and ask us what we wanted. They didn't give my mom her food. She ordered and they charged us. They accused us of lying. Would not recommend. read more

We have visited Knucklehead Pub three times in the last 6 months. Each visit, we thought the next visit would be better, but the third visit was no charm and proved to be the worst. What is sad, is that the fish fry is outstanding... amazing! We love the novelty of tater tot snacks, but the lug nut portion does not meet the $9 charge! Honestly, based on what was served at the pub, I will wait until the next Wisconsin State Fair to enjoy this indulgence! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the owners care much about the restaurant side of the business. The main focus seems to revolve around the bar and it's patrons. As a matter of fact, if you aren't a regular bellied up to the bar, you will most likely get ignored! If you do dine in, steer clear of the side deck door that is used by the cigarette smoking bar patrons. You will get a terrific blast of cold air and nicotine. The bloody marys are some of the best ones I ever had so delicious. My husband had their wings which were fantastic, so meaty and the hot sauces were awesome. I had the buffalo wrap, fantastic. The fries that came with were not soggy and tasted fresh. This place is a drive for us but it is worth it. The bartender Clarissa H. was so wonderful and spot on. She really knows how to make a fantastic bloody mary and she is very welcoming. We will be back! read more

If you like bars where the bartenders friends take over the entire bar by brining in their own snacks like Chex mix and chips and then keep the remote for the juke box at all times to lower and raise the volume and then use the remote to skip the songs you paid $10 for on the juke box because they aren't country or rap , then this is the bar for you! And when you tell the bartender what happened, all their friends at the bar YELL at you and get mad you called them on it, then proceed to throw money at you across the bar that lands on the floor and lands in the ice that is then served to you, yeah come here. Oh and did I mention I was here with my 63 year old Dad, on a weekday to celebrate my moms birthday who just passed away. We use to come to coyote canton and knuckleheads as a family together frequently. Have been customers for over 15 years, this place has gone down hill. Instead of serving you the bartenders dance with their friends out in the bar, leaving behind the bar where they should be working empty with no bartenders to serve you. It was a scene from bar rescue, I couldn't believe it lol Oh and the topper to the evening, we never got an itemized receipt, we just got one final bill rounded out at $100? Literally a blank receipt just saying $100 Sounds legit .... I suggest going next door to rustix, same owner but the employees are way nicer and actually act professional. Food is good, burgers are huge. When we walked in my friend asked if there was any popcorn. The bartender Tracy said no, I didn't make any... we have appetizers. Really? Who says that? Then we order. I wish they offered an upgrade from waffle fries to tots. I asked, I was given a sarcastic smirk and was told "we don't do substitutions." Well ok, I asked for an upgrade... you know, pay the difference, not exchange one for the other. There is no call to be rude. I was embarrassed as brought friends who had heard of Knuckleheads as a great biker destination. The customer service from the bar staff, Tracy, is severely lacking. We observed her being rude to costumers which made us feel uncomfortable. We ate and left. We stopped someplace else on the ride home. The bartender was warm and welcoming. I should have written a review long ago, but here it is. Knuckleheads is one of the best in the area for fish fry, and food in general. Best chicken wings around! The owners are hands on, and really make the experience great. Live music is another bonus for an already great place. I come here often with my friends every Tuesday for wing night generally in a party of 5 or larger. I absolutely enjoy the food here, especially the wings, but the service is beyond poor. I have waited times from 45 minutes to an hour to receive my food. On all you can eat wing night, a re order of wings takes just as long to receive and the waitress rarely if ever checks in for refills or any other customer needs. I suggest coming here if you have immense patience and are searching for a 4 hour wait. read more

The food was just average bar fare. I came here because everyone said the wings were so fantastic but mine were a little crispy (burnt) and that really takes away from the flavor of the sauce/chicken. I also had a chicken sandwich and it was a little tough and lacked anything memorable (the bacon on it was pretty awesome, but when is bacon NOT awesome). The service was nothing to brag about. I unfortunately sat by the tappers and every time a beer was poured they splashed a little bit on me, my purse, or my phone. Get a table or keep your arms off the bar. :) read more

When we finally did get our food, some of us had to send it back as it was cold. I spoke to the owner as we left and told him of the poor service. He made excuses that there was a benefit there tonight and they were swamped. He did not seem to care and never apologized for the service. They were clearly not prepared for the added customers. I avoided Knucklehead Pub for a long time, because I always thought of it as a 'biker bar'. Came here one night to see a band and I haven't left! I absolutely love this place. One of the best bars around, definitely the best bar in Eagle. The food is great! Especially the Thai Chili wings. The bartenders and owners are friendly and awesome! If you're passing through town make sure you stop, or if you're looking for a fun place to hang out on a boring weekend/night, I've found your place!! You won't be disappointed. read more
