I've been coming here for about 3 years, never had bad service. Definitely one of the better bars on the square.

Bartenders are very cordial and attentive. The thing that trips my trigger is they have Twisted fricken Tea on tap!!! It is so refreshing, with a lemon, on a hot day. If your not a fan of it in a can or bottle, this is the ticket!! Stop in and have a few. I recommend.

As I was driving home I was still craving a cold beer so I thought that I would stop at a small town local bar for one so when I saw the East Troy exit I got off and headed to the town square and I saw this place so I stopped. The bartender walked past me a few times and never acknowledged me until maybe the 4th pass by and said she would be with me soon. The place is a local place where everyone knows each other so they kind of look at the new person like why are you in here. The place is a classic Wi dive bar with a small bar, tables on the wall and a pool table in the back of this small bar. The bar top is made of nickels which is cool because you usually see pennies on bar tops. They have a few taps which is a mix of domestic and non domestic so I ordered the Lakefront IPA which came in a frosted glass and ice cold which hit the spot for my craving for a cold beer.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. The owner was here and was very fun! He just added good vibes to the group! We really appreciated the evening! Lettuce, tomato and onion great! No pickle and no pickle on the plate? This is Wisconsin and pickles and hamburgers are one and one together! I asked for my hamburger medium, and I got a medium cooked burger. However, the waitress said that the kitchen screwed up our burger orders. I got the brewery burger which I think I got the right burger, but I'm not sure. My son-in-law got the smokehouse burger and I don't believe there was any pickles or jalapeño peppers slices on it which should've been there. And It was easy for the waitress to blame the kitchen for her screwup. French fries were average and good! Chicken tenders are nice size very well breaded if you like a lot of breading and cook to perfection. We had two appetizers. The cheese curds were nice size and breaded well. We also had the chips and it had pico for a dip and a cheese sauce that was totally out of this world. Amazing. We asked for a drink menus and she brought out two pieces of paper that looked like they were handled by 1000 different people. We ordered one of their craft beers and they were totally out at two in the afternoon on a Sunday. Their soft drinks are served in clear plastic throwaway cups. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and the ambience is great for a pub restaurant atmosphere. It all goes downhill from here. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink orders and bring them out to us. She didn't have any excuse like we're understaffed or whatever except she did blame the kitchen for the screwup that she made. The prices of their food is very high for a pub.$18 for a burger and fries. Service was slower than molasses! The place was busy, but not packed! I'm guessing if you come here on a Friday or Saturday night good luck! We got the bill and we weren't gonna wait 10 minutes for the waitress to show up to run our card so we could get out so I took it up to the bar and had one of the bartenders run it through. Yes, I left a 20% tip, but I don't feel it was deserved. Not a front access has very tall steps for elderly people to navigate! They probably have a back entrance or maybe side entrance as they are on the corner. Honestly, I would avoid this place.

It's almost a two-hour drive from Chicago, but the directions were clear once we arrived. The parking lot is huge, divided into lanes based on your ticket type--general, VIP, and another option. We parked in the general lot, which was grassy and well-organized with people guiding us. It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the parking lot to the entrance, and the entry process was smooth, just a quick ticket scan. Inside, there were several food and drink counters, but the lines were long. The porta-potties by the lot and the restrooms inside were surprisingly clean when we used them. The venue itself is massive, with a seating arrangement and a lawn near the stage, plus lots of extra space above the seats. Finding our spot was easy, thanks to helpful staff. I noticed plenty of people sitting near the grassy lot too. The sound and bass were amazing--exactly what we came for! Fred Again even played a few songs in between the seats, and they had screens so everyone could see him. We grabbed a couple of drinks, but they were pricey--almost the same cost as my ticket, which was a bit funny. All in all, it's a great venue!

I left the concert early by a couple songs, and it still took me an hour and a half just to get out of the parking lot. People were sloppily drunk all over the parking lot and venue before the concert even started, and the venue did not do anything. The lawn seats were awful; the grass is extremely slanted. It was hard to stand or sit on the grass. People had no respect for other people's things. The group in front of me eventually had to fold their blankets and stand because they continually kept getting stepped on and spilled on while people went past them to the fence to throw up. I will never come back here.
