Wow!!! All of the…read moregood food in Washington State is in Moses Lake. Washington has not won a John Beard since 2019. Nor is the state covered under the famous and most respected Michelin's Guide system. Face it, this state is not known for its food. Moses Lake is the anomaly to all this. Micheal's by the Lake is the surprisingly upstart. This is a much needed relief. The oasis in this culinary desert. We came as a large group to celebrate my in-law's birthday. They sat us down in a privet dinning room in the back. Most places you would think we would of been ignored and forgotten by the staff. At Michael's by the Lake we pretty much had our own wait staff. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite! Everything was done perfectly. Especially the mozzarella sticks. All in all, my family have nothing bad to say. So far, Michael's by the Bay is the best restaurant in Washington State!

Theres nothing more frustrating than not being able to play because I have to wait a week or two for a $5.00 part and pay almost as much for shipping. Tip: He will also order online for you. It might seem odd ordering online from a traditional retail store but I get the same price and I don't have to pay shipping. Further, if there's a problem he deals with it! How much is that worth? ;-)

I had promised them to my kids, so I was honestly pretty frustrated at first. Thankfully, Vikki stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Instead of just saying they were out, she took the time to walk me through some fantastic alternatives and explained which ones were most similar. Thanks to her suggestions, I ended up finding a few great options that the kids absolutely loved. They didn't even notice they weren't the original Nee Dohs I came in for! I left the store super happy and really appreciated how Vikki went above and beyond to make sure we didn't leave disappointed. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. Thank you, Vikki!

They low-balled me for my gold coins in mint condition still in protective sleeves by hundreds per coin, and silver coin markdowns like 5 dollars per coin lower than the daily valuation. Worth a drive across town for the better rates and not feeling like the workers are trying to rip me off for silver and gold coins.
