This is a high end jewelry store with affordable prices. Beyond diamonds they also have beautiful gold, silver, and gemstone pieces. But what I've used this store for most is jewelry repair. They've transformed clip-on earrings of my grandmother's into beautiful drop pieces. They've also soldered many charms for me onto my silver bracelet. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service can't be beat.

We worked together to create my wife's wedding ring design from "Our" story, a very special request. It turned out amazing and I was in the loop throughout the process. Floral Ocassions did my flowers for my wedding last weekend and I was in complete awe…read more I found them online when searching for florists in Moses Lake, as I was planning my wedding from across the country!! I was a lot nervous and hesitant to work with a florist I couldn't meet in person and see their work. But I took a chance and I am SO GLAD i did. My florals were out of this world amazing. They did my bouquet, my bridesmaids flowers, our boutonnieres, aisle hangers and arch arrangement. They were all beautiful beyond belief. I had sent quite a few inspiration photos, and my color scheme, but otherwise, let them do their magic! I didn't request any specific flowers be used, etc. and they literally blew it out of the park. Everyone at my wedding commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. I could not be more thrilled with my experience! Thank you for making my wedding day so beautiful

This is the only full selection fabric store in town…read more I was there twice. First time, the younger sales person was nice and helpful. She is not very knowledgeable, but since I have a pretty set list of things to get, it was fine. The second time I went in for Shoulder pads and buttons, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Moses Lake. (out side of Wal Mart, which no one was there to give any service) . The lady was not helpful, rude, and seemed like a bother for her to check to see to walk 5 steps behind the counter to check their inventory. For that reason and more, I will never go back to this shop again! I don't care if i have to rip the shoulder pads out of my old jacket. This was just uncalled for.... Next time when I need findings, I would drive a hour to another town to get then rather than coming here.

It might seem odd ordering online from a traditional retail store but I get the same price and I don't have to pay shipping. Further, if there's a problem he deals with it! They have crammed in as much furniture as possible, which makes it nearly impossible to actually get a good look at their inventory. Their prices do not make up for this, either, in my opinion. I was looking for a set of bunk beds when I stopped in and was directed to their 'children's shop' down the block. Most of their bunk beds were incredibly flimsy, and those that weren't were incredibly expensive, and their mattresses were very chinsy.
