BBQ Ribs Half Rack, Mac n Cheese, Cornbread
B L.

The service was the right amount. Not overbearing and not nonexistent. The ribs fell off the bone. The mac n cheese was nice hot and creamy. The only thing I wish was that the cornbread was a little bit softer. Had a nice taste to it. The bar had a nice crowd but it was not loud at all. That is definitely a plus considering it is right in the middle of a neighborhood. Falls on Columbus Ale Trail so it is one of the highlights of the trail food-wise. Will definitely be back.

Nice outdoor patio gets good breezes.

Just next-door to the Columbus Italian Club on Third Avenue, is located Knotty Pine Brewing. Craft beers, and a full array of cocktails are available, as well as a robust pub food menu. There is booth, table, and bar seating available on the inside. Additionally, there is a large covered patio with plenty of table seating, on the front of the building. This covered patio porch is a popular location for locals to sit, eat, refresh themselves, and talk. Knotty Pine Brewing is off the beaten path, in a residential portion of Grandview Heights. It is a quiet yet vibrant restaurant pub that adds to the flavor of this unique neighborhood.

This is my first time here. I love trying out different places. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. There menu is QR Code. It's a very casual place. There are tables outside , some with chairs others with benches. They are surprisingly comfortable. In ordered the fat head Willy beer. It was really good! For lunch I ordered the Swiss burger. The young man asked how I wanted it cooked. Apparently they don't do wounded. So I settled for medium. It was perfect! It came with thin fries and a side of ketchup. Completely worth the price and gladly would do it again. But they have other items on the menu that I want to try. Knotty Pine Brewing might be out new go to place. Thanks guys for making this a special day. Keep up the great customer service!

Great time here. This a great place on a weeknight to grab a burger and beer or have a nice night on the weekend. Staff is always friendly, and there are plenty of tables. Had the barbecue sandwich with fries which really hit the spot. Only downside was that it took a good 45 minutes to get our food on a pretty quiet Wednesday night. Overall though good experience, well-priced, and great location.

They have a small parking lot in the back, but there are street parking all around. Highly recommend sitting on the covered patio if weather permits, but they have plenty of space inside. We were here for brunch and you should definitely get the French toast bites! Service can be a little iffy, but everyone was nice. Our first round of coffee was burnt which was off-putting and the cups are cute, but holds the tiniest amount of coffee so you're constantly asking for refills. Food was good and came out pretty quick. I got the chorizo hash. The eggs in all our dishes were runny so we were glad our eggs weren't over cooked!

Nice little place. Stopped in on a Saturday. Moderately busy but very noisy. Was surprised that they didn't have more of their beers on tap. There was many Ohio beers to fill the gap. Ordered the cheese steak sandwich and stuffed hash browns. Both were very good. Fries were a little cold and soft but didn't really eat them. Their IPA was pretty good as well.

Knotty Pine strikes me as trying to be a Jack of All Trades but ends up being a Master of None. There's something for everyone. The inside is comforting to the eye being all woody and cabin-ey, but it's also decked out with TVs for sports viewing. Then there's the outside patio which is nice and shaded for those really warm days, but it's right on 3rd Ave and has somewhat of an urban feel rather than one of a secluded hideaway. I guess it depends on how you like your patios. For a brewery they only have four house brews on tap. They attempt to make up for it with a large list of guest taps. Food wise, their good looking brunch menu fell victim to underwhelming taste for the chorizo hash and egg sandwich. What's more, the order we initially received was an egg sandwich WITH NO EGG and the brisket hash. Our server mistakenly gave us someone else's food due to the similar orders, but we quickly were provided our requested dishes. It was a nice touch that we were able to keep the brisket hash at no cost, and it exceeded the flavor of the chorizo hash... but not by a lot. Overall, it's hard to give the experience anything above 3 stars.

Nice casual pub/bar. Fun fact, my mimosa on a Saturday brunch was only $4 a glass! What a deal! I would make your own cocktail if you had one on in mind instead of the house cocktails because they're good but kind of sweet. Their nachos are crispy and I love that there was a good amount of toppings (which you can't always say for many places).

Throughly enjoyed Knotty Pine Brewing, it's literally in a residential neighborhood - parking is not great. The food was very good! Ordered the house burger, cooked medium well - cooked perfect and great flavor. Had a classic mule with ketel one, so good and refreshing. The service was good- the you g man working the bar took our orders and came back to check on us regularly. Forgot to take pictures of appetizers we ordered- however the pretzels and the house stuffed tatter tots were excellent- 10/10 would definitely recommend. the coconut shrimp was a favorite, but still tasty. There was also a band playing in the brewery, this was a tuesday night after work. They sounded very good.

Great local spot to swing by. There's a variety of food options and it's all good! Personal favorites include: - chicken and waffles - the fries!! - veggie burger

Was in the area and we stopped by for breakfast. We ordered the egg sandwich and the monte crisco sandwhich. Both of them were good but the monte crisco sandwhich was definitely the winner of the group. Overall it was a good experience, food was good and our server was very friendly.

A great neighborhood brewery, just stopped in for a delicious IPA but they have a typical bar menu and a great neighborhood bar vibe!

First time here for lunch . They were very busy so we sat at the bar and ordered the Smokey brisket sandwich which was very good . Didn't catch the bartender name but he was the only one at the bar and he was so busy but was getting the job done . Serving drinks and food. He did a great job.

It was perfectly lit with enough lighting to read the menu but dim enough for a cool ambiance. The bartender we had, along with the rest of the staff, were extremely pleasant and made us feel more than welcome. My brother and I sampled a couple of the beers and enjoyed both. For the real winner of the night, let's talk about the food. My son ordered the steak with sweet potato and enjoyed it. My brother also enjoyed his fish and chips. But the big winner was the gnocchi with mushrooms and onions. I could not stop audibly moaning about how good it was. Perfectly tender gnocchi in a wonderfully rich sauce. It was so good that it made me do something that I haven't done in 47 years of life, order a second entree. I got another order and ate that one as well and it was just as good as the first. For a wonderful evening full of great food and a good atmosphere, stop into Wolf's Ridge Brewing. You won't be dissapointed.

It created a lively atmosphere and made for a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The two beers we tried were both excellent and definitely the highlight of our visit. The only downside was the service. The bartender may have been having an off day, but she didn't come across as very friendly and seemed a bit short with customers as they came in. It didn't ruin our experience, but it was noticeable compared to the welcoming atmosphere everywhere else. Overall, the great beer and unique location made it worth the stop, and I'd still recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

"No Soliciting " is a bar we found online - but didn't realize is a private club for members only. We tried The Pearl next door. They were closing in minutes. So we found that North High was the next closest place that closed at 10:00pm. We were also desperate for a restroom. We walked in - the place was devoid of customers - and the bar tender was NOT happy to see us. She had a very long day - and was yearning to "Just. Go. Home." We've all been there. She agreed to let us have one drink in plastic cups - completely understandable. But she messed up by letting us stay - completely underestimating the level of style & charm (not to mention handsomeness) my colleague and I possess *wink* . "One drink" turned into a handful. A good time was had by all. We hated that we had an early morning the next day - and had to return to our hotel well before we would have liked. I will make North High a "mandatory stop" on future visits (alongside my other "mandatory stop" - The Rusty Bucket for their buffalo chicken sandwich - with an extra side of buffalo). Side note - she gave me a taste of their Bloody Mary mix. *VERY* good. I used some of my dashing character and disarming baby blues to swindle them out of a bottle for only $15. It was worth $50.
