He did not have a ladder ready to bring inside because it was wet and on top of his vehicles so I had to get the ladder for him that I had. He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company. But then why would you knock on my door if you don't need anyone to be present? This is WILDLY unprofessional behavior - not just showing up unannounced with chemicals in a home with a newborn, but then trying to gaslight me for your lack of communication. The entire phone call felt like the rep was annoyed at me and she did absolutely nothing to help beyond adding me to a "list" where they would notify me to confirm future visits. I've received confirmation from them in the past, so I don't know what happened on their end, but I cancelled my service with the rep immediately. What a waste of money this whole ordeal was. All he did was spray some pesticides and barely covered any ground. Bed bugs are a very different pest from any other pest you'll deal with, and he accomplished absolutely nothing for us today. I work remote and planned on working at a coffee shop today, and wasted my time planning around the appointment because we were informed that we would need to vacate our apartment while they did work around our house. So much for that! I would have expected at least SOME effort to inspect our apartment and maybe try and look around for where they might be. Nope! Barely even lifted a finger. His colleague stood outside the house the entire time, and Gary wasn't even willing to touch the mattress. I had to pull it out for him. What kind of exterminator is afraid of getting their hands dirty? It's your job to find bugs and exterminate them. At least pretend you're trying dude. Before he came, he had us empty all of our dressers and put our clothes in airtight bins. I'll admit, that's good advice, but that's something you'd probably read online before dumping money and time on someone like this. So yeah, thanks for regurgitating obvious information to me. This guy didn't even bother looking into any dressers or closely inspect any of our beds. He made absolutely no effort on his part. I ended up finding more bed bugs myself after thoroughly inspecting my roomate's room, and putting actual effort into making sure that we dealt with them the best way we could for the meantime. If you are reading this and you've discovered bed bugs in an early stage and it's not a big infestation yet, I highly recommend that you watch Mark Rober's bed bug video and follow it religiously. Buy bed bug traps for your bed, encase your bed in a high quality bed mattress cover, apply diatomaceous earth powder in a thin layer around your room (please wear a N95 mask and do your best not to inhale any of it), etc. Follow everything in that video before your bed bug problem becomes an infestation. Please watch that video. It will do you justice. If you caught your bed bug problem too late, you'll need a professional. In other words, not this guy. He might have good reviews for other pests, but he has absolutely no idea what he's doing in regards to bed bugs. He's afraid of them. He ain't gonna help you. Next day, YJ were having a party and did not appear like they wanted to leave. I found Family Termite & Pest Control on Yelp the next day. What caught my attention is that the company does not have you sign any contracts, they come and take care of things that you ask them to take care of. I left a message on Yelp and received a response from Gary in fairly short timeframe. He was at my door steps the following morning and took care of the problem. That same evening, I did not see a single YJ. Gary took care of the problem in quick and effective manner. Price was also very reasonable. I will definitely consider FT&PC for any future pest needs.

Corporate is comprised of unprofessional, rude, egotistical human beings, who lack honesty and integrity and who couldn't care less about the employees. They are only interested in their profit margins and falsely inflating the bottom line to fill their pockets. They do not respect an employee's hard work and have no idea what the workload is like. In fact, they create more work by insisting on foolish and unnecessary meetings to further inflate their egos. They will lie to make themselves look better and cover up their shortcomings...which are many. And their HR Department is unskilled and dishonest as well. I spent a very long and stressful 2 months working for these people and after putting in 10 hour days, collecting quite a bit of money and straightening out accounts, I was fired. That's how they show their appreciation. When you call them out, they feel threatened and decide how best to get rid of you. Even if they need to manufacture reasons. Truly despicable people.
