He filled the holes and told us that mices won't come back anymore. He placed two bait stations and left us some sticky traps. After two monthly, we discovered mices again, and more this time. Two were trapped while others were running around. It was so frustrating. We inspected the place ourselves and found holes on the wall, behind the refrigerator, and behind the kitchen cabinets and the walls. The technician of Queens Pest Control missed all these holes. He stayed in our place for only around 15 mins and did not move our furnitures and appliances to check thoroughly. Two months were gone, and due to the non-professional service, the mice problem gets into a haunting one -- mice infestation.
