Also the tech that came out to my house Cant remember the name was just as good honest easy to talk to polite and gave some good tips. Only Gripe i have is a very small one that i think is just a breakdown of communication was when he was quoting me price per gallon i was told $2.39 Written Quote(Still have Paperwork) as a first time fill price and after getting my delivery i see that i was charged 2.59 and to get the 2.49 price i would have to pay in 10 days and that the 2.39 price was not even possible. At the end of the day the 36$ extra is not going to change my life but i would prefer to have the right hand knowing what the left is saying because it creates a bad taste in customers mouth and makes it hard to trust the company and the employees at their word i will be recording interactions from now on.

But this last time was quite a surprise. They are very competitive I made the transition very smooth. I gave him a second look because a good friend of mine said I just bought a new house and their tanks in the ground. I checked out the prices 30% less the Energy North. I have had Energy North for 25 years and consider myself loyal. Energy North stopped answering there phone or returning calls . Time to move on. Ciadelli were very professional and made it very easy to do business with them. So after waiting for my old tank be ready to be taken away, The day came on Friday. They came to deliver the new tank and were very professional. The staff seem to generally care! Ask me again for my opinion in 25 years

After 15 years as a loyal customer with Ciardelli Fuel Company, I've sadly switched providers due…read moreto recent issues. For years, I paid around $4.79/gallon for propane with no problems. Then I saw Dead River advertising $2.39/gallon. When I called Matt about matching a better rate, he initially offered $3.79, and only matched Dead River's price after I said I was leaving. The final straw was a boiler service call: The tech replaced a thermocouple, but the issue persisted. Turns out, one of our two tanks (which they've filled for years) was empty--they forgot to fill the main house tank. We were without heat and hot water during a big family gathering from out of town. As a 'will-call' customer, I was told emergency delivery would cost extra, though they provided 100 gallons as a 'courtesy.' Worst part: The thermocouple wasn't faulty; the problem was the empty tank. Yet they still charged the full service fee for diagnosing their own delivery mistake. I've switched to Dead River (along with several friends and even some Ciardelli employees I've heard from). It's disappointing--wanted to support a local, family-owned business, but I felt treated more like a profit source than a valued long-term customer. Matt & Andrew: Please do better for your loyal clients and staff.

My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...
