An update to add about my previous bad review on May 27th about my oil change. I didn't drive the…read morecar for about 3 days after my horrible oil change experience. We went to Oklahoma on June 5th and stopped at a store on the way back. When coming out of the store....... my wife noticed liquid was on the ground under the front of my car. We opened the hood and saw some radiator fluid near the radiator. I noticed the cap was crooked and when I went to take it off it was barely hanging on by the notch of cap on one side. I was lucky it didn't fall off when driving it. They didn't even put my radiator cap back on and just set in on the fill up hole. After my oil change, they gave me quotes and problems they found on the car. They said I have an empty coolant tank .They wanted to charge me do a test on the radiator to see if I have a leak. I said no. When we found the cap was not put back on I looked at the coolant reservoir and it had coolant in it so that was never an issue. They just making stuff up to make money from us customers even if there isn't a problem. Once again I will never take my car back to Aloha again and I would suggest be alert and make sure you check your car over if you do take it to them. NO MORE ALOHA for me....this last experience with them along with the price they charged me for my oil change and rude comments from manager pisses me off.

All the staff were very friendly and that one person was sitting down because there was so much work to be done all hands on deck. The prices are reasonable and I love that they get you in and out. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there were about eight vehicles, but they did not seem short of staffed or frustrated. Everyone was working and everyone was polite. This turned out to be false (At the time, at least. I no longer use their services) and gave me the runaround for weeks until I threatened legal action. - I have a hairy dog, so when I came here I'd pay extra for them clean the inside of my car well. They consistently left hair despite vacuuming and never wiped the console.
