We were allowed to bring in our dog on the condition we carried her which was no problem for us (she is well behaved and prefers being carried anyways). They do not accept returns so be prepared to love what you buy because you own it. We will be back in the future for sure.

When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. I've been shopping here for gifts for years now, for people coming into town to visit or when I head out of town to bring something "local" to my host. Unfortunately the "scent" is so overwhelming and gives us an immediate headache and nausea upon entering. Myself and many people I know have had to stop going there and it's such a shame because that is truly the only reason. It's not even that this scent is bad, it's not. The chemicals in synthetic fragrance do have a negative effect on everyone because they're endocrine disruptors, but especially those who are sensitive to chemicals. I'm praying that they stop using it and we can enjoy this place again.
