I've been here several times over the last 5 years and only recently had an odd experience. I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... Either way I will be back and love this little shop dearly.

I love accidentally stumbling upon new shops and generally spend way too much to and money in them feeding off my excitement - this one was no different. Not only did I leave with 2 gifts on my first visit, I actually came back on the same day and got more. Their prices are a little higher than i would like but it's definitely doable and well worth the beautiful products. Make sure to check out the books: They're actually classic titles that just have redecorated covers to make beautiful for a living room setting. The staff here were very kind and patient, helping search for random items I was on the hunt for and telling me inventory dates so i could come back at a certain time to see if they get said items in. There's plenty of parking in the back lot and on the street, not timed or paid.
