Stumbled into this store location before visiting the OG GasLamp Antiques, and I was happily surprised! Much prefer this storefront to their other locations, and possibly due to how thought curated the booths appear to be. You can find lots of different styles and treasures throughout the store. Prices were a little high in my opinion for vast majority of the booths, but there were some reasonably priced ones as well! The store is in a warehouse, but it looks fairly new and doesn't have that old antique or thrift smell you sometimes get with antique malls. Was a nice bonus that it's not only air conditioned, but also has a little area for purchasing snacks and beverages. Parking was plentiful on a weekend (much better compared to the other location), and the staff was super helpful and sweet! Will be coming back in the future and am excited to find some new treasures! read more

GasLamp Too always gets a stop-by when we are out exploring the antique/specialty furniture scene in and around Nashville! The original GasLamp location is just right around the corner from this location...they needed to expand, so they did it right and got a second location that you can walk to from the original! GasLamp Too is a massive antique mall that has hundreds of vendor stalls with items ranging from mid-century furniture, jewelry, artwork, holiday décor, clothing, new-build chairs and tables, records, toys and much much more! GasLamp Too is king of hidden, but if you follow the signs then you will be solid! They are located right off of Powell Place. Turn at the light where Home Depot and Staples are and right before you enter Staples make a sharp left and follow that all the way to the end and here you will find a small sign on the building letting you know you have reached GasLamp Too! As mentioned, this place is massive. One thing I really enjoy about GasLamp Too is while they have a lot of items, the place is super spacious with well mapped out aisles and stalls. Additionally, none off the stalls are overran with goods. All the stalls are organized and have an appropriate amount of goods. So, that is definitely a welcome change from some of the overwhelming antique shops I have been to! Overall, we are fans of GasLamp Too! We usually swing through each visit and I will say that the selection of items is always hit and miss, but that is the fun of an antique shop and what they are at their core, so we never get upset about it! read more

I have bought for years at both one and two but now they keep changing their policies about asking for a better price I went from it had to be over 100 dollars to 300 dollars and now 500 dollars I don't see any signs stating that No other mall decides what any item sells for the dealer decides The manager was very rude and would not call any dealer and let the dealer make the call to sell it for the price offered read more

I'm so glad we live so close to GasLamp and GasLamp Too! Combined, these are two of the best antique stores I've visited in Nashville! We moved to Nashville at the beginning of the month, and we bought a 1950s-era Crieve Hall house. After living in an apartment for years, we needed A LOT of furniture for the extra rooms we didn't have before! GasLamp Too is an antique mall hidden just off Powell Place (turn in where the entrance for Home Depot is, but turn left and go to the end of shopping center - past Staples, past Floors Direct - all the way to the end). It's a big open space with dozens and dozen of antique vendors' stalls. Gorgeous antiques and a few stalls of mid-century modern pieces (what we're looking for for our 1950s house). A lot of variety! And most of the stalls are not over-packed, so you can see everything! Prices well marked. Helpful employees! Easy to pick up large pieces - they move them for you, and you can pick them up from the back of the shop on a designated day! Definitely a place I will regularly check out for new pieces! I highly recommend checking out both GasLamp and GasLamp Too if you're looking for antiques or mid-century modern goods. read more

Upgrade to 5 stars! What can I say? I'm hooked. I've purchased several pieces from here since my initial visit during the Yelp Shops Local event. From the fantastic red vintage dining room set for $300 to the books, home decor, and incredible customer service that I receive each and every time I walk in and out the door, GasLamp Too is worthy of all 5 stars. You can find some really beautiful vintage pieces here and at reasonable prices. The merchants have organized and well-merchandised booths and you can even enjoy cheap refreshments while you shop! (It's based on a cash honor system near the front of the store. And, $1 goes a long way.) Plus, the staff thoughtfully helped me load my new purchases into a UHaul... while the GasLamp Too mascot Frank Sinatra the cat watched curiously. Delivery services are also available and affordable! If you're seeking vintage apparel, there is just a limited amount but everything else certainly makes up for it. One of my favorite things to do on a lazy Sunday is to hit up the Flea Market first where I sweat and dig and then end up at Gaslamp where it's less work and had A/C! TIP: Not everything is vintage, lovely retailers like Nest Interiors also stock adorable housewares in their booths too. read more

I've shopped here and at the original GasLamp for a few years. I like to peruse the original GasLamp, and I may find a small thing or two every now and then--a photo frame, a piece of decor, a book--but in my experience, most of the things there don't suit my taste (I'm more into midcentury modern or Art Deco and the original has a lot more colonial, Victorian, etc). Additionally, I think the original place's success has caused dealers to ask more for their pieces than the average dealer. There are better (and more appropriate) prices elsewhere. GasLamp Too has more pieces that appeal to the younger crowd and at better prices most of the time. Still, however, this is part of the best antique ensemble in Nashville. read more

Gas lamp too is like an emporium filled with adventure. There are so many rare finds here, along with some handmade items that you didn't even know you wanted. I once went on there just to exchange something that for my grandmother. What would have been a short 2 minute exchange, turned into 3 hours of wonder. I went up and down the cleverly street-named aisles, marveling at all of the booths. If anyone is looking for inspiration for anything, I guarantee that you will find some type of muse within the walls of Gas Lamp Too. My only complaint I have, is that as you journey towards the back of the building, everything starts to get repetitive. I might have seen 4 different typewriters all in different booths that looked the same. Don't get me wrong, each booth is unique for the most part, but some of the merchandise is not as unique. However, there are still rare finds in some of the booths in the back. read more

We have shopped here a few times over the years without any problem. However we recently went and purchased a small clock. There was no designation on the clock that there was any problem with it. When we got home and put a new battery in it we discovered it was broken. The return policy at GasLamo Too is no refunds and we're fine with that, however we also expect any issues be identified for them items being sold. Who would by a broken clock knowing it was broken. When I called the store they simply said they don't take things back or provide exchanges. I explained the issue but they were non-waiver.ing. Unfortunately our days of shopping here are over. read more

I love this place! I'm not into stuffy "antique" stores where everything is over $100, so I've come to love Gaslamp Too (I even prefer it to the original Gaslamp, maybe because it feels more open & bright?) I'd call myself a bargain hunter of unique items. Every time I go, it's a treasure hunt & I end up buying smalls (while drooling on some of the bigger-ticket items) that are usually under $20-$25. I've gotten wall hooks, dishes, unique decoratives, tin trays, & more. My sister likes their $1 books & old postcards. It's a perfect place for finding one-of-a-kind gifts too (I got several things for Christmas). There is a large range of styles too, from Victorian to Art Deco to Midcentury Modern. If you are drawn to vintage, you'll fall in love here. :) read more

Have you ever been to Gas Lamp and gotten lost in the sea of antiques? The Gas Lamp Too annex is a bit less cramped but has (what feels like) twice the inventory. It's a great place to browse if you have some time on your hands and I bet you can't leave without purchasing some trinket you've got to have. It's a fun place to explore and completely worth the trouble finding it (under the interstate. Literally!). read more

I really wanted to like this place a lot and expected to come home with a few goodies. I came home with nothing, there were a few nice vintage, mid century pieces but they don't fit our home. Pricing was good on these. Of the larger more antique wooden furniture pieces, there were again some pieces in really good shape but nothing I had to have. Perhaps a bit overwhelming on top of Christmas, I will give it a spin again in a month or so. The booths are extremely well organised and you can easily fondle items. read more

It's the same merchandise every time I go here. Nothing new. Today I almost stepped on broken glass, with my flip flops, that nobody was in a hurry to clean up. I heard a few employees make a comment that it was "probably him" (referring to me), who broke the glass thing. Way to make me feel unwelcome! I'm never shopping there again. read more
